We stayed only one night as we were going on le shuttle in the morning. Easy to find, easy to get to the sea to walk the dog. Quiet room with lovely breakfast. We would visit again.

Suite-Ensuite with Shower-Garden View
Just about as good as it gets! In a beautiful garden setting with lily ponds. The garden room has its own kitchen and everything you could need is provided. The bed is comfortable and the unit is superclean. No TV but take a book and watch the butterflies on the buddlea instead.

All the staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Shower was good. Restaurant served a good variety of food. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for a nice stay.

Stunning 1700's Manor nr Canterbury
My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

ART HOUSE WESTBROOK BEACH Hokasai
Had a wonderful stay in Margate, with a wonderful host. Kathleen was welcoming to her home and very friendly, she had good knowledge of the area and was able to provide recommendations on local amenities. The house itself was warm, quiet and cosy, taking about 15 minutes to walk into Margate Old Town.. if you like the beach, its a 2 minute stroll down the road. Would definitely stay again!

Double aspect room Rye High St includes breakfast
Beautiful rooms in a central location in historic Rye. Well decorated and so very comfortable - a bed better than my one at home and thick soft towels in the bathroom.

Private Room in Romantic 17th c. Countryside Home
Super host status definitely justified -Christopher was so helpful and even showed us around his beautiful designer garden and made local trip suggestions. I went with him to his lovely church too for a wonderful sung Eucharist. Quirky and very lovely house with a separate āwingā for our bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all for our small (3) party. So peaceful and comfortable . The two dogs, Sammie and Roughus(?) were also gorgeous . Good quality continental breakfast and access to kitchen and lounge made our break a āhome from homeā too. Thank you Benjamin.

The Carriage Suite: Victorian railway B and B
Very comfy bed. Lush breakfast. Beautiful garden to enjoy the sunset. And a railway carriage for a lounge. Whatās not to like? Fab space and excellent hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cosy twin room in central Hythe near to sea & town
We stayed at Marionās for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. Marion very kindly let us drop our bags off early with clear instructions where to find the key. We let ourselves in after the wedding. We met our hosts in the morning where they apologised that the cleaner had let them down and as they were attending a funeral that day the room was not cleaned to their usual standard. We completely understood. Had a lovely walk along the sea front and through the park and along the canal. Was very impressed with Hythe.

Boutique Bed & Breakfast 2, Broadstairs

Charming rooms in 17th-century cottage
I had such a lovely stay at Richards home. My space was large, 2 rooms. It was upstairs and next to a full bathroom which we shared. I was able to unwind and relax. His garden is stunning. I did the walk behind his home. I also rode my bike to Sodmarsh and was able to walk there. There are 2 pubs within a 10 minute walk. I was able to prepare food and cook and he cleared a shelf in his fridge for me. I highly recommend staying here, you wonāt be sorry.

'Willow Room' - Stunning Countryside Setting
Celest welcomed us to her home and it was such a pleasant stay! Our room was clean. Linens were fresh. All amenities are provided. Breakfast was absolutely stellar with cheese board, toast, yogurt and other food we can't remember. View from the breakfast table was a cherry on top. Celest even went out of her way to lend us a walking guide book which we had followed. We were extremely happy with everything. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet holiday with a friendly host.

Charming Converted Stables
We had an amazing stay at Sarahās , sparkling clean, very tastefully decorated, with a beautiful garden , right next door to the beautiful Sissinghurst gardens. Itās a truly wonderful place to stay with so much to do in the area. I really couldnāt fault it The only fault is that we didnāt stay longer, I would have loved to have done the amazing walks that there are on the doorstep. I canāt recommend it enough. I am sure we will be back.

'Silver Birch Room' - Stunning Countryside Setting
Such a lovely peaceful spot in the countryside. we only stayed a night as we had a nearby wedding, but would happily stay longer. Breakfast was a lovely touch also. Highly recommended

Charming country house in a peaceful location.
We were a group of seven friends, meeting for a reunion, average age 70ish! Beautiful house, well equipped and furnished, beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful area. Everything you needed in the kitchen, Aga kept everywhere warm, conventional cooker too, plenty of hot water for showers/bath. We were fortunate to have good weather, so ate out on the lovely terrace. Beautiful rambling garden. Only about 2 miles from Rye, so easy drive, we also walked there on the footpaths from Houghton Lane, across the fields, easy walk. We had 4 cars, and could park them all. Would love to stay there again.

'Hibiscus Room' - Stunning Countryside Setting
Excellent Host, very kind. She provided extra toys for our 1 year old. There is a huge extra "play" room with large tv, pooltable where we could enjoy some quality time with our family. The room was clean and cosy with it's own bathroom. I recommend it to everyone to stay here

Family ensuite room in characterful country pub.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Good spacious room with good amenities and really friendly staff. Comfy beds and lovely bath! Even your own coffee machine.

Primrose Room
Lovely place to stay, perfect for my stop whilst walking the North Downs Way. Sarah and her family made me feel incredibly welcome and I felt right at home. The house is lovely and I slept very soundly after an excellent dinner at the local pub just up the lane. Very highly recommended!
