Holiday rentals with lake access in Cantal

Perfect for our group of athletes who came nearby to play in national competition. The house is peaceful and the location in a very quiet village. The nearby lake, we couldn't enjoy it because we took enough water for three days... Maybe next time. Thanks to Marie-Pierre for the advice and hospitality.

We did not meet Rachel and Christophe personally but their availability, their kindness on the phone, pleasantly surprised us. The place is magical, the view is breathtaking, as well as the peace and quiet. Couldn't have been a better place to celebrate the new year! We were delighted and fell in love with this heavenly place. Although the path to access is original, you have to deserve to see this view... that really, I would recommend it! The accommodation was cozy, very charming and pleasant. We were 4 with 3 dogs and we did not have despite the space, the effect of being on top of each other. Thank you again!

We enjoyed Ninou's house very much. It has a big garden with even a table-tennis table. The house lies next to a small road where cars pass, but the gates can be closed and blocked for little children and the sounds of passing cars is not often and not so bad. The area is very quiet. The house is nicely decorated and has a lot of caracter. In just a 10 minutes walk you'll find a lovely little lake where you can swim. Next to it is a nice and good restaurant which we enjoyed much. Ninou is a kind host, whom we could reach easily with our questions. Many thanks! We had a great time.

Large house with garden ideal for gatherings with family or friends with 6 large bedrooms and large dining room. Small shops nearby. Jeanie has good tips for possible activities in the area.

We had a great stay with 2 couples and 2 children (5 and 18 months). Vannessa and her spouse were very friendly, responsive and available to answer our questions before and during the stay. We particularly appreciated the place for its safe configuration for young children. Many games and books upstairs, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, enclosed terrace, and a gate that secures the stairs. Downstairs the kitchen is well equipped, the living room spacious, all open with a very efficient stove, and mosquito nets on the 2 windows. Walking is possible, but plan to use the car if you are with children: 10 min from several waterfalls and lakes, 20 min from Lake Pavin and the pretty village of Besse, 30 min from the animal park.

A nice house in a nice location. The surroundings are really magnificent. Beautiful walks made by the lake. The house is perfectly decorated. The bed slept great. Highly recommended if you like peace and privacy.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Anne's place, full foot and very nice private parking. Well-located residence with free shuttles to the top of the resort. We would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

Super well-equipped apartment, very close to the station. You can get everywhere on foot, it's really convenient! Be careful to understand the sleeping arrangements (two double beds in the same room).

We had a great time in Malzieu Ville! This allowed us to have our independence close to our family while being in the heart of the city center and at the foot of the market!

We moved into Aude's place for a week with 4 adults and three toddlers. There is a jetty directly at the house, so you can hop wonderfully into the lake, which was a welcome refreshment on warm days. We also used the pedal boat, great! The house was very clean, you had everything you could need. The hostess, Aude, was extremely friendly and helpful. Problems were resolved directly and it was easily accessible. :) We enjoyed the time very much.

Ideal stay if you are looking for calm and freshness in summer because the thick walls preserve the heatwave and the waterfall a stone's throw away allows you to cool off in a remarkable site. The house is very well-equipped. We also appreciated the possibility of eating out and the groceries found on arrival, very useful because no trade in the village.

Beautiful setting surrounded by nature, with superb views of the castle and the environment. Quality exchanges with our hosts, who took care of us and shared their love of the Region with us. Lots of things to do nearby. The bed on his side was really too hard for us. I recommend it and keep the address for next time!

A very nice place to stay in peace. Beautiful nature, especially the route from the A75 to the cottage is incredibly beautiful!
