The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

Donatella's place is exactly as pictured: curated, welcoming, and quiet. As soon as the gate closes, you enter a private oasis where you immediately feel at home. The covered terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner outdoors with all the time, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. We've always eaten out. The pool was clean and the view was really relaxing. Our two dogs immediately felt comfortable: the space is large and all fenced, so for sure. The shops and everything you need are nearby, and in 15 minutes you can reach the sea of Lido di Camaiore. The house is well equipped, everything works as it should. Donatella and her son are always available, kind and really work hard to make guests feel good. Simple and fast communication. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail! We'd love to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Gianluca’s place. The host was always very responsive and proactive. The house is located at beautiful surroundings, the villa itself is super beautiful, well equipped, spacious and it was perfectly clean. Thanks a lot!

Villa Frau was a dream to stay in, so close to Lucca and we found the day trips to Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and Cinque Terre a breeze to drive. Katia was so helpful and friendly and a joy to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

The home exceeded our expectations! We spent a wonderful week there with our family. A fantastic house, magical place and lots to see and do in the nearby area! The host couple was very nice and helpful - a compliment to them! The house and kitchen were well-equipped and we lacked absolutely nothing - but now that we leave we miss the house and look forward to coming back! Ciao - see you!

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful week's stay at Federico's villa. In the months and weeks running up to our trip, Federico was always very responsive & accomodating regarding our queries. We also really valued the local tips he had provided too. When we first arrived at the villa, we could not believe how beautiful it was. It looks great in the photos, but it's actually even more impressive in real life. The view, the pool, the terrace and interior of the villa were all outstanding. Everything you need is in the villa, it has all been well thought out. As someone who has roots in this area and has been visiting here for years, this really felt like a home from home. We were super sad to leave, as we had such a fantastic experience. We hope to return again next year! Thanks again for opening your wonderful home to us Federico, it is a real Emilian gem!

Absolutely fantastic! We couldn’t have wished for a better place. The accommodation was both charming and comfortable, with incredible attention to detail. The view, the surroundings, and the overall atmosphere were simply magical – a true dream spot for relaxing. Everything was clean, well-organized, and inviting, and the hosts were warm and helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

It was absolutely wonderful at Casa Giusti. Really everything you needed was there. Such a great, quiet location in the middle of nature. Everything worked, great communication, we enjoyed the 10 days there as a family with two children. Thank you!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Excellent experience. The hosts were hospitable but at the same time left us a lot of privacy. It was like being alone in the villa. The house is very nice and spacious. The outdoor space with a pool and garden is fabulous. Great experience I recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old house. The property has much character, original details, and a peaceful, timeless atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special was the view — absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. The host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with charm and great views. Would definitely come back!

Gilda is a great, very warm hostess. As a welcome, there was homemade jam, cake and a large fruit basket. The homemade bread was especially delicious. The farewell was sweetened again with jam and homemade limoncello. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. The view over Massa to the sea was magnificent. We felt welcome and comfortable right from the beginning. Thanks for the great place 🙂

We had a great weekend in the house. The views of the sea and Levanto Bay are amazing. All this, in a very quiet location. In short, a great place to enjoy the dolce vita.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! I must also say that the wine from your vineyards is just the best 😎 Till next time 😉

Marco and his family are impeccable hosts who made us feel at home. Available and always responsive. House in a great location and convenient both for going to the sea and for spending a quiet day by the pool. I'd go back!

This was one of our most memorable holidays. A guided tour to the house to which upon arrival I cannot describe the stunning, magical, peaceful view and surroundings! All made us most welcome! The surrounding towns (Callodi, Montecarlo, Pistoia), cities (Lucca) close by (30 mins) and trains to Florence very relaxing. The farmhouse, with great character, was comfortable, cool, and well equipped with many a family feast overlooking the valley under stars swimming. Many thanks to the loyal gardener! Amazing. Thank you for a magical break and we hope to return.

The place was better than the pictures. We were well received. We couldn't get there before 3 a.m. and the hostess facilitated the check-in and we were able to enter the house after that time. The space was beautiful. All rooms have a bathroom, which made it easier for a group of 7 adults. The space with rugs by the fireplace in the living room was excellent for my 3-year-old son to play. The pool has a simply beautiful view. The area is clean and organized. Whenever I had a question, I was always answered quickly. The house is rustic and simply beautiful. The space for grilling was private for us and welcoming. A place I recommend and hope to return to one day :)

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

John was a great host. The villa had everything you could possibly need and the photo’s don’t do it justice. Amazing property and we had a great time with a group of 12 friends. Could not recommend it more.

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Silvia is a very welcoming and pro-active host. She does not hesitate to recommend nearby activities and restaurants. Her place is very nice and the setting is very beautiful! I recommend it!
