The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the pictures. And the host was super helpful with the necessary information for the stay. Check in and check out were very simple, the apartment was super clean and with all the necessary resources and utensils. The neighborhood is excellent, close to everything and with many options of restaurants, markets and pharmacies a few minutes away. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely come back more often!

Everything is perfect! Elis is a super nice hostess and was always available when we had questions. The apartment is really beautifully furnished, everything is in top condition, the minibar left nothing to be desired, the view is fantastic and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as described: high standard, very well equipped and impeccable in cleanliness and comfort. Excellent location in the center of São Leopoldo, close to everything we need. The kitchen has absolutely everything - from appliances to utensils and coffee maker, which made our stay much more practical. The air conditioning and the 50” Smart TV in both the living room and the bedroom ensured our total comfort. Bed linen, bath, hygiene items and even a washing machine were available. We felt at home from the first moment! We will definitely return and we highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and super well decorated. It has all the things we need during the stay. We had a minor accident at the house and Denise was extremely proactive in solving the problem, and also concerned about our well-being. Good apartment, it served me well during the time I stayed. The condominium is quiet, I thought it well located, has a restaurant for lunch nearby and a market to do all the shopping. This airbnb is amazing, it has a wonderful / cinematic view of Guaiba! The hosts are very helpful and respond promptly, always very solicitous. We recommend that you shop before going to Airbnb because the nearest market is about 2.5 km from the residence, so if you don't want to go back and forth wasting time with it, it is interesting that you already make a good purchase! Everything else is perfect, a cozy and welcoming place.

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.
