Our team had the best stay! Daniel's place is very spacious with super comfortable beds. We loved cooking in the kitchen and it has everything you could need for a stay away from home. The hosts were super quick at responding to any of our questions. Thank you for accommodating our large group and hopefully we'll be back again soon:)

What a beautiful property and place! The kitchen was great for prepping big meals for me and my friends.

We loved staying in the barn! Colleen was very generous in providing us with eggs, cookies, fruit and bagels. She even brought us a bottle of local wine to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The setting is beautiful with a walking trail very close. The goats are incredibly friendly and fun to hang out with.

We loved the peaceful nature of the space and how nestled it was in the beautiful coastal rainforests of Vancouver Island. We were attending an international training program online and the wifi was strong throughout. We loved the ease of access to the many local parks and trails. Kristen was always responsive in a timely way and a pleasure to have as a host. The furniture and amenities were in great shape, they even had a great Vitamix blender!

We enjoyed the peaceful area.The apartment was supplied with more than we expected which was nice , coffee , cleaning products and many other staples that if you forgot anything were available.A very thoughtful hostess who goes above and beyond and that is comparing to other Airbnb we have stayed at.

Claire and Michael's place was perfect for our group! It provided us with ample living, sleeping, and outdoor space to do a ton of different activities. The house is stocked with items you don't even know you'll need to make your stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodated early check in to allow us to decorate the space before the bride-to-be's arrival. Loved it!

Fantastic stay for a month at a great site with good walking to shops and restaurants in Chester for optional car free days. Would highly recommend repeat stays at this wonderful site for exploring all that the South Shore of Nova Scotia has to offer within an hours drive to Halifax. Liz and John are wonderful hosts and the Barn is very cozy with the energy of 'home' to unwind after some busy days of being out and about.

Our recent stay at Heather and Bill’s rustic cabin was nothing short of magical. The setting was idyllic—surrounded by serene woods and offering the perfect retreat from daily life. The cabin was spacious and provided for two separate sleeping areas. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean linens were supplied. We were provided with all that we needed to cook our own meals and Heather generously included common breakfast items. The cabin itself remained cool during day and was warm at night despite not being heated. We were surprised that there were no insects in the cabin for the duration of our stay. Heather did supply mosquito netting and repellent but we did not find that we needed to use them. The outdoor shower allowed for a unique experience of bathing under an open sky while affording sufficient privacy. Heather checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and was genuinely interested in making our stay a memorable one. This experience exceeded all our expectations!

This is a magical place. If you need a rejuvenating retreat by yourself or with someone you love, this is the place. Every bit is intentional and feels thoughtful. The reading/bath area is so beautiful and sitting with a cup of coffee, candle burning, bubble bath, and a book, I felt like I was in a movie. Valérie and Bruno are also very helpful with questions or recommendations we needed. If you’re looking for a place with stuff to do near by, this isn’t the place, but if you want a cozy cottage feel romantic get away, there isn’t a better place.

I love the Farm Shed...it feels like you have rented a wee home of your own and it's nestled in a serene farm setting...quiet, contemplative and cozy. The friendliest cat was a bonus.

It was so great! 5th anniversary girls weekend trip for 10 gals in our 40s. I didn’t take an official poll, but we have travelled to Georgian Bay, Lake Huron and now here and this was a fave of more than a few! Beautifully appointed - we mentioned more than once that we wish this place had an Amazon storefront (give us the links!) Lots of places to sit and easy to move furniture around as necessary. Not a tonne of counter space in kitchen but with some improvisation it was easy enough to make do. Sleeping arrangements were the only bummer as we booked for 10, not realizing that included 2 on an air mattress. Just read closer than we did and you’ll be fine. It was a great stay! And the privacy was great as we like a little karaoke 🎤 in the evening hours. 🎶

The place is new, modern, and very conveniently located halfway between Montreal and Ottawa. The apartment is private, immersed in nature, with a beautiful back yard, literally a meadow, where you can enjoy your meals and coffee in total serenity. Jacques was very friendly and offered to tour the nearby horse facilities. He explained in details the equestrian profession, and answered all our questions. We'll definitely recommend Jacques' place to our friends!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy barn in Roblin! It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot , the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. I brought my partner here for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! The barn has a charming and comfortable vibe, and it was the ideal location since it’s only about an hour away from the 1000 Islands Rockport Cruise. It made for a memorable and scenic get away. Highly recommend this spot for couples looking for a romantic escape!

Our stay here was so peaceful and beautiful. We booked this place on a whim and had never been to this area of NS and we lucked out!! What a gem. The weather wasn’t that great and we still had THE best time. It rained off and on and we still visited the beach 2 times and had an hour long hot tub sunset soak. The place itself is so thoughtfully decorated with rustic antique pieces true to the history of the building. The sound of the waves crashing just outside your window is better than any sound machine could provide. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, disconnect from your 9-5, enjoy nature and enjoy some peace and quiet then this is the place for you! Logan was a great host who reached out numerous times which was so reassuring yet thankfully unnecessary for our trip. We had zero need to connect with the host and checked into the self serve lock easily without any bumps! Instructions for everything else were clear and readily accessible. I will be returning to this oasis💕

Sheila’s place was beautiful, we felt right at home. The beds and couch are super comfy. Sheila pays attention to detail and is very thoughtful about her guests. We loved visiting the goats and the farm fresh eggs were an added bonus in the morning! Would definitely stay here again!

My only “even better if” for my stay at The Coop is that I booked more time there. I arrived feeling stressed from busy-ness of the city and left peaceful. This stay was to do creative thinking/focused work .. this was the perfect spot for this! Remote yet 5-10min to shops, restos, beach etc. Inside space is rustic yet modern and very spacious. Enjoyed the outdoor space with table and bbq (had dinner outside .. enjoyed warm evening sun). The bed was fabulous - comfortable, crisp / fresh bedding and the big windows were soothing to wake to. Ava was extremely responsive and helpful. Instructions were very easy and clear to follow. Bonuses were fresh eggs (yum!) and the “greeters” (Ozzie and Cliff) who came by to say hi if they were out (adorable, friendly dogs). Ava and Tim - you’ve created something really special! Thank you!!

The property was wonderfully quiet. We spent Saturday quietly and had a nice cheery fire in the fireplace on Saturday night. It was just the right place for us to have a little getaway.

I would highly recommend this location and booking with Kara! She was a great host who was very responsive and very accommodating. The place was very clean and was exactly as advertised. It was even decorated for the holidays which game it an at home-like feel. It was a great location for a large group with a large couch in the living room and a large dining table which could accommodate everyone in the group. If I’m ever looking in the area again, I would definitely go back!

Very peaceful location close to the sea and national parks. The small house was very comfortable for a couple. Kitchen had every thing required, also there's a washer and dryer. I would recommend this property if you like peaceful vacations.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully restored barn house! The space was full of charm and character, with all the modern comforts we needed. The hosts were absolutely lovely—super responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The surrounding countryside was peaceful and scenic, the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Our daughter loved the place, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the high chair and crib they provided for her—it made traveling with a little one so much easier. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing countryside getaway!

We stayed at Melanie and Jake’s Airbnb for our wedding weekend. We got married at Planters Ridge next door. It was so convenient. I got ready for my wedding day there with all my closest ladies and it totally met our needs. The lighting was perfect and the views were amazing. The space was clean and had lots of amenities. I would stay there again just to enjoy that beautiful soaking tub and views!

Beautiful place that is well keeper. If we are in the area again we will be staying here.

Amazing location and definitely worth a stay if you are in the area. The activities in the barn and the attention to detail were next level.
