Holiday rentals with a patio in Campos do Jordão

Wonderful, cozy place! My family and I love it and we will definitely come back more often.

The place was incredible. The location couldn’t be any better as it was with walking distance from Capivari village. The building is very quiet and feels very secure. I highly recommend.

Débora is an excellent host, along with the caretaker Anderson who helped us with everything. The apartment is impeccable, well located and in a very quiet location. All the apartment's accommodations have descriptions of how to use them and reminders, a differential that helps a lot. All new and clean. And it has all the necessary kitchen utensils. The table was set with plates, cutlery, glasses, and napkins. Clean towels and bed linen. Anderson, super helpful, recommended several nice places. It is a 5-minute drive from the apartment to downtown Capivari. We will definitely be back!

The duplex is beautiful, organized, clean, everything as advertised. Eduardo was extremely attentive, cordial and helpful with excellent tips for our stay. We'll be back more often for sure!!

I and my family love our stay, the hgh is beautiful and very cozy. The apartment is simply perfect everything as in the pictures. A taci is Carlos responded quickly and always attentive. We'll go back more often, it's super recommend.

Everything was very good. Great location for those who like peace and quiet and want to get away from the noise. It's a shame the condominium gym is under maintenance, but otherwise, the stay itself already had a view and surroundings that are worth the trip. I intend to return in the near future!

Impeccable house, a luxury! From fine decor, standard hotel bedding (heavy and no smells), full meal service linen (tea, coffee, lunch and dinner), decanter and beautiful wine glasses! We spent two nights in the house, the friendly and proactive Dalva being a "pluss" apart. We were welcomed with a delicious dark chocolate cake with chestnuts… We spent a day of sunshine and another rainy day with 3 children in the house, without much to worry about. There are reading corners, upholstered that we huddled and "in laziness"... but also in the sun, the garden is outdoor area is a case apart, because the children had fun at the playground, while we take advantage of the outside table to paint, sunbathe, read and listen to music! As a chef, I ended up piloting at lunches and snacks, Dalva always helping with housekeeping and dishes, with good clothes to cook. The house is fantastic in the wonderful place! No hospitality commentary!

Amazing house with a stunning view. Newly renovated super cozy house with everything we need for our stay. We liked the house so much that we didn't even want to go out for a walk. We hired the Elisa service that was amazing to have more time to rest and enjoy great moments with family and friends.

I loved the stay, Daniel was very welcoming and flexible with the schedules!! Artificial intelligence inside the house is very cool, it gives an extra touch and makes it easier! Suggestion: they could put a water dispenser, it would be nice. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Excellent stay. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are large and the surrounding nature is really beautiful. Charlene, extremely attentive and caring, made check-in and checkout easy, and was available throughout the week. Very attentive host and very good space. When I return to Campos do Jordão, I will definitely stay at the same place - if it is not available, I will stay at another one of Charlene's. No room for improvement, close to tourist spots, close to markets, everything perfect.

Spectacular House! There were 12 of us, everyone was super well accommodated, the structure caters to a high volume of people! The balcony is the best part of the house, a cozy and very beautiful environment! Felipe and Itallo were super attentive and explain everything about every corner of the house! If you want to get to know Campos do Jordão and stay in a quiet, safe and cozy environment, you just found the house!

The house is very good, the host of all necessary support and the lady who works the house is wonderful. I think only a few rules would need to be revised, as staying indoors without footwear in the cold of Campos is impossible. Or how not to be able to sleep on top of a blanket… so whoever is disorganized I don't suggest this house, it'S A LOT OF RULES! But they were good at keeping the order of the place, which leaves nothing to be desired. The very good house, very beautiful and well equipped. In addition, our stay was great.

Ademir and the Casa Tempo family (who we don't know but are part of the project) really welcome you in an incredible way in this house that we really love. Everything was brand new and in very good taste, you can see care and attention to those who will stay, very comfortable and cozy. Staying there is one of those experiences that make you decide to choose AirBNB over a hotel. I felt super at home, the place gave us what we wanted, which was to be in Mantiqueira, peaceful and quiet, away from the buzz of Campos, green everywhere, trails, waterfall, and pet friendly. To disconnect and be there... and that's what time wasn't so friendly. We'll be back for sure. Super experience!

It was great. Homes were great. The service was excellent. The local staff are very polite and attentive. Communication also excellent, perfect. Excellent locale and recommend. I am very grateful for the way my family was received.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful apartment, perfect location. I would also like to thank Anderson, the super attentive building manager, who helped us a lot. We didn't take the car out of the garage, when necessary we took an Uber. Fantastic ride, I recommend it.

Local in the lush nature of Campos do Jordao. Amazing view, very comfortable,cozy and with a beautiful view. My family of 5 were very well accommodated. The service of the very good hotel,café da manhãe the very good restaurant food. The heated and covered pool in the city is very important for the climate. I recommend and would definitely be again on a next trip. Large Apto with bathtub, super comfortable bed,really a flawless stay. Thank you Jane.

Everything in perfect condition. Every cent is worth it. I went with two other couples of friends. Everyone loved it. When we go back to Campos do Jordão vu, give priority to dates when you're free.
