The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth being in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. Regarding the neighborhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very peaceful and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

I could write a book about the perfection of this apartment!! Impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated and with accessories that went beyond expectations, a wonderful view, the best AIRBNB we've ever been to, Ju was always proactive and attentive to us, to the point that I didn't want the stay to ever end, she became our friend, providing close assistance, always in high spirits, very kind and there's no way I wouldn't want to go back there again, it will always be the favorite and recommended!!!

Great host, helpful and friendly. Studio is small but has everything you might need, including an espresso machine and a great view from the balcony. Decorated with good taste. It's in the heart of Vila Madalena, a lively neighborhood with multiple bars and restaurants. But, surprinsingly, noise is not quite an issue. Next door bar has music but is very respectful of time. Even during the weekend, by the time we went to bed music had already been turned off. Garage is quite small, as Victor had warned us. Don't dare to park a car any bigger than a compact one. We felt safe in the area although one must remember it's Sao Paulo. It's a very good option for a couple, specially if you are interested in enjoying the area.

Fernanda's space is outstanding! Very well used, comfortable, clean and with all the details thought out for a pleasant stay. Fernanda was a super receptive and proactive host from the beginning, always available to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend and would come back for sure!

The apê is even more beautiful than in the photos, we are delighted! Very spacious, spotlessly clean and all in great taste! The type of house that makes you want to live! The location is amazing and the parking lot is very easy to access. And Samantha is an excellent host, super quiet, with quick responses, even helping us a lot in two unforeseen events we had. We definitely recommend and would stay more often!

The place was so unique, we absolutely loved it. We just wish we could have stayed longer as our trip got rearranged . Such a beautiful apartment and the tub with the view of the city was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The best short-term apartment I've ever been to in São Paulo, and I go there often. The space has a quiet and cozy decor that makes the apartment look bigger and well organized. It has everything you need for hosting, including bath products such as shampoo, soap or moisturizer and in the kitchen, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and coffee capsules, all perfectly organized and available in small portions that facilitate day-to-day use without waste or old product. The bed is excellent, Queen size with very nice, clean and fragrant bed linen and has bedside tables which is rare in these small apartments. If you like to walk, the location is spectacular, close to several options of restaurants, bars, good quality markets. The host was very attentive and helpful, with easy and quick communication. She sent a list of nearby and quality places which made my stay even easier. Amei!!!

Great apartment decor and brand new building amenities!

We were very comfortable, the apartment was very comfortable, practical and with all the utensils that are necessary so that we did not need to go out to eat, including many items that help with day-to-day emergencies, such as personal hygiene, including a hair dryer, induction cell phone charger, and USB of various models. They provided folders and pamphlets, and recommended good restaurants, supermarkets, delivery, and laundry. For those who are traveling, the whole context helps and makes the trip much more enjoyable! Always attended to us very quickly! Excellent! As we have a daughter who lives in Bragança Paulista, we will need to stay more often, and we will definitely return to this option!

Very good stay, without a doubt one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in Campinas. It's worth the price! The communication was very clear, Marcos made himself available to answer any questions and the space was very clean. I'll be back more often.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

It was a great stay The apartment is according to description and photos. The environment was clean and organized. They responded quickly and were always helpful when we needed them. The only point I would like to point out is about the jacuzzi that was forming bubbles and dirt margins even before we used it.

The apartment is very well organized, with all the items described in the listing. Extremely quiet condominium, with an excellent swimming pool. Quick and practical check-in directly with the building's concierge. Excellent location, with Shopping Frei Caneca about 5 minutes' walk and Higienópolis-Mackenzie station about 7 minutes' walk. I recommend it! You can go without fear that you will like it!
