Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The house is very cozy! Mr. Laercio is very helpful. The house was clean and the bedding items were also clean. A suggestion would be a slightly more powerful oven. In addition, my friends and I had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful experience in this house in Monte Verde! The house is simply charming, very charming, cozy and extremely well equipped — thought out in the smallest details to offer comfort. We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. Our stay was great. The apartment is very cozy, very clean and organized. We were late in arriving, but José Roberto, very friendly, was ready to welcome and guide us. Very comfortable beds. We liked it a lot.

Large house, well equipped and with great leisure options for the family — swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, soccer field and is still pet friendly! We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. The stay was excellent and super comfortable for everyone!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The house was exactly as in the photos, in a very quiet, peaceful place. Ideal for resting. It was super clean, with bedding and towel options available, making it very practical. The place is very nice, very well accommodated our family of 12 adults. I emphasize the extreme good taste of the leisure space, the balcony with the barbecue, connected to the kitchen and the pool, barbarian! The land is huge, including space where there are pigs, sheep, horses and a cow with your little calf! Very cool! I recommend the hiring of Simone, an angel who took great care of our family! She and Marco were extremely attentive to us - our dogs especially loved Marco's patience! We'll be back!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!

Wonderful house! We only had one problem with the pool heating due to the weather! But otherwise all impeccable. I'll definitely be back with my family!
