Two car garage loaded w/all the beach stuff you'll need (boards, chairs, toys, kayaks, bikes) w/2 passes to park on the street also. Condo is a full 2 bed 2 bath that can sleep 8 if needed. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are close to many amenities such as Legoland, SD Animal Park, Wave Waterpark, beaches and much more. We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area.
