Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

Cindy’s place was an amazing home base for our weekend and Ironman race! Loved being able to walk to coffee, dinner, the beach. And it is right next to transition if you are here for the Ironman. The place was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and Cindy is an awesome host.

This was my first experience with an airbnb. it was absolutely awesome. Massah's place is great. I would definitely 100% book again if I'm every in Oceanside again. thank you for creating a space fit for my little family.

Gorgeous location with well maintained landscaping. Abundance of wildlife and it was a treat to listen to the birds every morning. The apartment is very functional, well maintained with nice finishing touches. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. Rosaura is also a very gracious and helpful host. I highly recommend the place!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Aubrey was an outstanding host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. When I arrived in California earlier than expected, she graciously made arrangements for me to check in before the scheduled time, which was a thoughtful touch that made my trip even smoother. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, with plenty of great eateries nearby. It was wonderful to have a hot tub available for relaxation, and parking on the premises made everything so convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay with a host who truly cares about their guests! We loved this place. Justin was very responsive and the place was furnished with new furnishings. It is just steps to the beach which is amazing and plenty of restaurants and 7-11 nearby. You’re close to the 5 freeway to get to Legoland and the 78 to get to the mall. It is also a 50 minute walk to the pier. Our dog also met a lot of other furry friends during our walks on this trip too which was an added bonus.

Great stay, our host was very helpful in their local recommendations. The home was also very well maintained with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Perfect for a weekend trip with the comfort of a nice community.

we have stayed here twice and will stay again. they were doing some construction on the building we were staying in but workers were considerate on time not to start too early or work too late. always peaceful and beach close by. we have stayed at many other places this is by far our favorite

Beautiful location and luxurious accommodations. Plenty of space for families traveling together. Lots of storage. The view is unreal, and the proximity to the water is perfect. The noise from the Strand can be loud at times but the doors do a good job of blocking the sound. We enjoyed the fire pit that runs on propane at night to make s’mores. We had a beautiful multi generational girls trip. Can’t wait to go back.

Melissa’s cottage was exactly like the description and photos! So cute and so close to the beach and to downtown! The sauna was such an extra bonus. We used it everyday. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again!!!

We had a great time staying here! The unit was separate from the rest of the house and felt very private. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Only thing I would mention, is that if you intend on walking to the beach it isn’t very convenient as you have to walk a little ways down to the intersection to cross the train tracks. Driving to the beaches was very convenient and parking was never an issue for us!

We loved staying here! The house was spotless, the grounds were beautiful, the amenities were great, the owner was helpful and responsive. Will book again!

Bonnie and Ken were super accommodating. We needed to work out some details for the check in due to my flight and there were no issues. Bonnie and Ken were so kind. The place was beautiful and had all the accommodations needed for my 5 day stay. Would highly recommend.

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

The place was as described with clear instructions. The house was clean and beach is within 5 min walk. We had booked legoland so were looking for a place close by with beach access. Davids place ticked that. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the patio is a nice little space to sit outside and watch the waves. Would recommend this place.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We are former Oceanside locals so knew the location would be great and walkable. Amazing restaurants within walking distance. Our host (Roy) was awesome and very accommodating. He was quick to respond if we ever had any questions. Inside the residence itself was clean and amenities were all very modern and in working order. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property! We'd love to come back again on our next trip down to Oside!

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

We LOVED this condo! The views are amazing! The place is clean and so cozy. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we've had in a rental. I especially loved the griddle and large pots! The owners are kind and responsive. The neighbors are also very nice. We did not want to leave. I hope we get the chance to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It had exactly everything that I needed and I felt right at home. I loved that the unit is on the first floor so very easily accessible to get all of my luggage into. The area felt safe and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect. I also love that. There was a cute little patio to sit out on. I’m usually picky about beds, but this one was very comfortable and I was able to get a great night sleep every night. The host was very accommodating and very easy to get a hold of whenever I needed questions answered. I will definitely be back to stay here for my future trips to Southern California ! Thank you !!

Very nice, safe location! Exactly as represented. It was very clean, well stocked, and easy to check in. We also really liked the beds, which is rare for us in a vacation home. JB was quick to respond with any questions. Enjoyed watching the surfers, dolphins, and sunsets from the balcony. Would highly recommend!

Ann was a great host! My husband and I ended up leaving a night early bc a fire had broken out in a nearby area and Ann was extremely kind! She refunded us a portion of our stay willingly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much, Ann!
