Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor (accessible via elevator) of building G in the North Coast Village.

Welcome to a newly remodeled ocean view condo steps to the beach in North Coast Village. Everything is brand new from the new stainless steel kitchen appliances with white quartz countertops to the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook a homemade meal if you choose. There is a coffee maker and coffee provided. A beach theme was used to decorate the entire condo that truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.

This Southern California condo complex is just steps to the beach. It is nestled in between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. It is in a gated area that is landscaped to feel like you are in a tropical paradise. It has a large pool, hot tub, new remodeled gym and BBQ area. It is within walking distance to the downtown beach community of Oceanside where many events take place. You can fish, take whale watching tours and eat at some of the finest restaurants in Southern California.

Our upscale unit is a 3rd floor 'penthouse' in the "A" building on the south side of North Coast Village. It has a fantastic view of the surf, sand and the Oceanside Pier from your large dedicated rooftop balcony! There's a beautiful, fully upgraded kitchen, a king in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the LR. Upstairs is a large & open loft bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, a breakfast nook and a 75” TV. Bright and airy condo on the second floor of a quiet 10 -unit complex. Go around the corner and head straight down to beach or restaurants and bars nearby.
