We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s apartment, he was a generous, kind and attentive host. The apartment was very comfortable, tastefully furnished and pristine clean. The location was perfect for easy travel to lovely beaches, the beautiful Turia Park, the amazing and vibrant central area and the charming back streets full of character and friendly people. Very clean apartment, bathroom with huge shower! Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. Plenty of fragrant wipes! Very welcoming! Gloria and her son are very kind! In the historic center in a quiet street, supermarket (Carrefour express) close to the house, very convenient! The entire historic center can be visited on foot (Mercado Central is a 6-minute walk away), also close to the Jardin del Turia and the bus stop (with 95 - 2-minute walk - you get to the ciudad de las artes y las ciencias and the beach). Highly recommended!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

Kitty’s place was very well fitted out and we particularly loved the loft bedroom and rooftop terrace which for practical purposes with drying washing (we are on the road 100 days) worked well for us. The premises are a short 10 min walk to the beach and fab bars and eating establishments - also just 5-7 min walk to tram and bus - definitely ticks all the boxes and would stay again. If you enjoy quiet and a good nights sleep and the convenience of proximity - this is a good choice ❤️

Amparo is a very good hostess. She was always approachable and responded quickly to messages. Upon our arrival, we found water, bread, oranges and watermelon. Coffee, tea and jam were also available, so we didn't have to shop much. The apartment was very clean and as described. Amparo was very friendly and gave us tips for the city. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back. We had a very good stay and can only recommend the apartment. The kitchen equipment is fantastic, nothing was missing. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathroom there was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Photos undersell this place. Check-in was great with Jose Manuel giving us inside tips on where to go. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 - including a 6 month old baby. Felt very safe, the playground was very appreciated by our 5 year old. The cafe FOUR was a perfect stop every morning. The Cabanyal market is just as good as the central market, but smaller and has a good sized supermarket next to it. Cabanyal has some character to it, but it’s so accessible and feels so safe, that it’s charming. The AC in the place was cold and we appreciated the washing machine. A couple notes, it doesn’t have a clothes dryer, but has a private patio with a drying rack that works and it also doesn’t have a dishwasher. We ate out 70% of the time and it wasn’t bad. Also, there is natural light, but it’s not super bright. On the whole, this place was perfect for us, even during the relatively long stay. I would gladly go back or refer a family member.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the host was super helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light and the balcony made a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The beach was just a few minutes walk, it was clean and not busy. A grocery store just around the corner made it super easy. There were limited restaurants and things to do in the area but only a 15-20 min drive into Valencia around €20 for an uber. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Short but fantastic stay. The house is impeccable, close to everything, and with quiet beaches for children but with restaurants for adults as well. Belén was very attentive to everything, she left my kids little things to play with and everything was great. If we return to the area, we will return to this cottage.

Highly recommended apartment. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, variable and uncomplicated. The hosts were available at all times, even at night, and made a carefree vacation possible. The apartment looked like the pictures and was super modern. This apartment is the perfect choice for a holiday in Valencia!

They gave us good restaurant addresses and were flexible about the departure time, which was very appreciable. Really friendly and professional hosts – we highly recommend!

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.
