Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Camp de Túria

Excellent place, fully equipped. 2 clean bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, large living space and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bonus of washing machine, dryer and iron. All cleaning products provided so we could keep the apartment clean and tidy. Loads of extra bedding and towels provided. Excellent location, walking distance to Ciudad de las Artes Las Ciencias. Bus stop to all locations outside apartment. Plenty of local restaurants and places to purchase groceries within walking distance. The swimming pool was clean and greatly appreciated. Private and not at all busy. Many times it was just our family using it. We highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family!

Très bon séjour chez Ilaria! Valence est une très belle ville et nous étions finalement bien situées pour visiter la vieille ville! 20 min à pieds, idéal pour profiter de la vie animée ce quartier.

Excelente alojamiento. Lucas siempre respondió en tiempo y con disposición de apoyar. en nuestro caso llegamos antes de la hora de check in y nos dieron todas las facilidades para dejar maletas. El alojamiento está en una excelente zona, tiendas, restaurantes y puntos de interés y transporte super cerca. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y cuenta con todos los aditamentos para tener una excelente estancia. La llegada fue sencilla. aunque ubicar la puerta adecuada puede complicarse porque no tiene número, pero Lucas siempre atiende la comunicación y no tuvimos problema en llegar. Nosotros estuvimos en el 3 piso por lo que hay que subir escaleras, es cansado pero nada que afecte la calidad del alojamiento. En general un excelente alojamiento, sin dudar regresaría aquí al regresar a Valencia.

We loved our stay in Lucas's apartment. it was easy to get to and to access. You really feel in the heart of Valencia. We loved being able to get back to the apartment and back out again multiple times throughout the day. If you're looking for a peaceful stay then I. the warmer months may not be for you. You are surrounded by bars and restaurants. I loved the sounds of the city though. Extremely easy to get around. We mainly used the metro but also the buses too. We bought a 72hr travel pass which was ideal. The apartment has a few little niggles that have happened over time such as a cupboard door being loose but clean and very comfy. I'd happily stay again.

Квартира потрясающая, оформленная в стиле лофт. Двухэтажные аппартаменты с террасой, где можно загорать на солнце. Интерьер продуман до мелочей, отличные ванные комнаты, удобная лестница для подъема на 2 этаж квартиры, есть паркинг, расположение идеальное! Единственный минус - это вторая комната, которой нет на фото. Точнее есть фото одной кровати. Это раздвижная кровать, которая превращается в двухэтажную кровать. Спать вдвоем не очень удобно, ощущение, будто едешь в поезде. Сама хозяйка очаровательная, дала инструкцию о лучших местах Валенсии, все показала и рассказала, пунктуально встретила

We hebben een superverblijf gehad. Het appartement is geweldig met een heel fijn terras. Alles was heel netjes en compleet. We wisten alleen niet dat we een applicatie moesten downloaden om binnen te komen (Er was wel een link verstuurd per e-mail maar die werkte niet) en toevallig precies tijdens onze aankomst zat Mercedes in een cursus en konden we haar niet bereiken. Uiteindelijk kon Mercedes de deur voor ons op afstand open maken en hadden wij de tijd om de applicatie te downloaden en in te loggen. Daarna was dit systeem super handig want zo heeft iedereen met wie je verblijft toegang en hoef je niet moeilijk te doen met sleutels als iemand eerder naar huis wil. 1 kleine tip, communiceer wanneer de code gedeactiveerd gaat worden, wij moesten om 11 uur uitchecken en we hadden alle spullen al beneden, toen ging ik naar boven om de honden te halen en net 1 minuut voor 11 werkte de code niet meer. Mijn honden zaten nog binnen. Gelukkig reageerde Mercedes meteen, eind goed al goed.

Muy buen lugar, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación es excelente para salir a caminar y conocer el centro. Hay buenos restaurantes en el área y el mercado está a pocas cuadras. Fue una buena estancia de 4 días.

El alojamiento de Iryna es espectacular, coincide con todas las fotos y la descripción. fuimos 12 personas llenando la capacidad máxima del alojamiento y estuvimos súper cómodos. destacar las calidades, el Spa y Jacuzzi. zona de Sauna, es una virguería de alojamiento. íntimo al ser interior y con mucha luz. además nose dejo posponer el check out dos horas en la salida. alojamiento de 10.

Just stayed one night here after a long hike around Chulilla. Great apartment with everything you need. Silvia was very helpful. Great restaurant opposite the apartment for a great home cooked breakfast.

Me ha encantado el apartamento. Se siente en casa y tienes todo lo necesario para estar cómodo! Está tal cual como en las fotos! El cafe y la cafetera un toque muy bonito :) Lo recomiendo 100%! Gracias Rubem!

Hemos pasado 3 noches. todo muy limpio, ordenado y moderno. me he sentido en casa. el unico pero ha sido el piso de enfrente, 4B, la ultima noche han estado de fiesta, pegando voces, pegando portazos...no he podido pegar ojo hasta que se han cansado a las 5 de la mañana.

El alojamiento es precioso, no le faltaba nada, muy limpio y muy buena ubicación. La atención ha sido extraordinaria, la anfitriona muy atenta y ante cualquier duda la respuesta ha sido muy rápida. Volvería a repetir y lo recomiendo.

Great location, safe, walkable to everything. Plenty of space for family of 4 (could have had more and still had room). Pictures show the place well. Definitely recommend!

Encarna es encantadora, amable, ordenada y muy comunicativa. Desde que hice la reserva estuvo pendiente de cualquier duda que tuviese sobre mi llegada y estancia en su casa. La habitación era acorde a las fotos mostradas y el resto de espacios están super ordenados y limpios. A pesar de ser un viaje de trabajo y no contar con mucho tiempo libre, me sentí super a gusto e incluso nos dimos tiempo para compartir unos minutos de charla en el salón ✨ Sin duda volveré y recomiendo mucho a quien deseé una estancia agradable, segura y amena ❤️

Fabiana’s apartment was perfect. Everywhere sparkling clean, amazing views, balcony. Sooo quiet. 2 mins to shops (which close at 2pm I’m not sure if some days they reopen. 2 restaurants open until 4 then 8. 10 mins to amazing beach (don’t be afraid of the tiger flys, they don’t bite or sting and are great pollinators). Highlight for me was hiring bike and cycling in the many bike paths through the reserve, amazing nature and birds. Also cycled into the city and through the rice fields. It is all flat and walkable. City amazing architecture and history. Bus stop 2 mins from apt. Sunset not trip a must. Fabiana a lovely host. Highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you for everything Fabiana 🤓

I think this is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The host was lovely, very resonsive to any needs I might have had. It was always clean and tidy. I think that communicating with Svetlana was easy and I felt very welcomed in her home. Her genuine attitide made approaching her very easy, the best host I have met so far! I think this place is perfect for long stays, because you get to have a good mix of privacy, it is quite chill and quiete, and at the same time you can meet fellow travelers if you feel like it. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to work remotely.
