Functional villa, very well-stocked and great for 4 guests. Located above the beautiful bay of Copanello a few minutes away by foot. Domenico is always available and very kind, so much so as to offer us fresh figs in the early morning.

We stayed as three couples. Very hospitable location equipped with all comforts, suitable for groups of friends and/or large families. The breathtaking view overlooking the sea, which can be appreciated from the large garden and balconies, is hard to match. What can I say about Mr. Rocco: he is very kind, always available and with useful tips for enjoying good food and visiting the beauty of the place. We highly recommend it.

Paola was an unreal host! Checked us in early since we arrived there 5 hours before check in time! She was always responsive when asked questions, and was really kind! Really recommend for anyone to book! Will always book here when visiting Soverato!

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

A cozy, comfortable and functional accommodation, a step away from the beautiful sea of Calabria (both free beach and establishment). Giuseppina is a helpful and friendly host, she responds quickly and gave us great tips for visiting local places. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Fantastic location, beautiful virtually private beach on the doorstep. A short drive from Tropea and local shops and restaurants. simple clean well equipes no frills accomodation.

Nice place within easy walking distance to the beach with restaurant and beach bars nearby. We loved having access to both a pool and the beach. The place was secure, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Luca, was awesome and deserves his own 5-star rating! His responsiveness and warm hospitality would make coming back here an easy decision!

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful and clean view. Actually 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they also made us find groceries at home and gave us the vegetables from their garden and the fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Nb: it's important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables to eat in the garden a few meters from each other :so great for two families of friends looking to join for the holidays

It was very good. The apt is a good size for 4 people. We were very accommodating and with everything we needed. Villaggio is beautiful and you can pay for the pool, but the beach is so good we found it unnecessary. We prefer to see the beaches around I loved these days in Paolo and Anna's apt.

Lovely house with privacy at the beach. We were with 8 adults and that was very easy to do with the incredibly helpful co-host Andrea.

Giovannio was a fantastic host. Very helpful & friendly. The place was perfect and great value for money. Lovely place out of the way. Peaceful and nice days relaxing by the pool whilst the kids had fun.

Beautiful contemporary renovated, quiet, clean and spacious apartment (small bathroom) in an old building in the old town, within walking distance and not far from the piazza, restaurants and the beaches. Free parking (Parcheggio Pitaro) about 5 min walk to the apartment, on weekends only drive via the Contrada da la Parrera, as the direct entrance was closed. Warm welcome from Rina and the communication with Giulia was very good. Small balcony with a wonderful view, we felt comfortable immediately. The furnishings are stylish, simple, and completely sufficient. In Pizzo, there was something new to discover every day and it is an ideal location for further sightseeing in Calabria. We can recommend the apartment. Many thanks to Giulia and Rina.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The house is beautiful and is just as seen in the photos. TOP cleanliness. It also has an internal parking lot where you can leave the car. The place is in a strategic area, because it is in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea (you don't even need a car to get there) but also within walking distance of the center of Roccella. The guys who followed us to meet our needs were great and I'll respond right away. Easy to check in and easy to check out.

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Communication with the host was quick and straightforward.

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.
