Great place to stay! Owner was very helpful, friendly and communicative. The place was very organized and clean!

Juan and Griselda were wonderful hosts. Their place is truly a gem! We enjoyed the spacious backyard and the birdwatching room especially. It was so peaceful and had just the nicest energy. Everything was spotless and there were so many thoughtful details throughout the house.

Great getaway place, near beach accesses and food, would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

This was a spectacular place to stay. Seriously less than a 5 min walk to the beach, pool and tub were superb too! The only thing I’d say that would make it better would be a kid door lock so toddlers can’t get to the pool alone. So bring your own if you’ve got littles. Otherwise, this place is literally perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Spacious Bay. We love bay fishing and spent a good chunk of time in the water behind the home fishing speckled trout. My younger son had fun hunting for blue crabs, and in between, we grilled and spent evenings in the pool and hot tub way into the night. Gabby was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

This condo was absolutely beautiful we had an ocean view and a Bay view even though we were only there for a day we really enjoyed our stay and our host was quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. Definitely want to book here again in the future and highly recommend to anyone who may be wanting a luxury stay at South Padre island

Super clean & amazing place to stay will definitely be back!

We were a group of 7 adults, one infant and two dogs. We all had a wonderful time. The hosts were very responsive to my multiple texts.

I have stayed at this same condo many times and love it! You have a beach view from the balcony and the beach is just a few steps away. The condo was very clean and perfect for me and my husband. The only thing that did not work was the sound on the TV in the living room. Otherwise everything was great and we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment in a quiet corner of the complex. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. King bed and a dehumidifier that really makes a difference keeping the humidity low. My recommendation to Team Copa is to simplify the check-in process. Essentially you have to check-in twice in two different locations having to read and sign paperwork at the Copa hotel and at The Tiki condominium. Not a way to welcome a guest that shows up tired after driving for hours.

We stayed for the weekend and it was a great place! We loved how we had a beach access and how it was close to the sea turtle inc. would definitely recommend staying here ☺️
