if you have the chance to book this place please do so, this home was beautiful super clean! our family of 15 stayed there and everyone loved it we had so much fun in the pool also the hot tub was so clean! i would definitely recommend and to stay here! The host was so nice great communication! I am not looking anywhere else when going to SPI! definitely staying here if there’s availability to book! 😁

Juan and Griselda were wonderful hosts. Their place is truly a gem! We enjoyed the spacious backyard and the birdwatching room especially. It was so peaceful and had just the nicest energy. Everything was spotless and there were so many thoughtful details throughout the house.

Great getaway place, near beach accesses and food, would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

This was a spectacular place to stay. Seriously less than a 5 min walk to the beach, pool and tub were superb too! The only thing I’d say that would make it better would be a kid door lock so toddlers can’t get to the pool alone. So bring your own if you’ve got littles. Otherwise, this place is literally perfect.

This condo was absolutely beautiful we had an ocean view and a Bay view even though we were only there for a day we really enjoyed our stay and our host was quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. Definitely want to book here again in the future and highly recommend to anyone who may be wanting a luxury stay at South Padre island

they were very helpful, the place was soo pretty and walkable to those famous restaurants. will be staying there again when i want to do a mini vacation at the beach :)

Super clean & amazing place to stay will definitely be back!

We were a group of 7 adults, one infant and two dogs. We all had a wonderful time. The hosts were very responsive to my multiple texts.

I have stayed at this same condo many times and love it! You have a beach view from the balcony and the beach is just a few steps away. The condo was very clean and perfect for me and my husband. The only thing that did not work was the sound on the TV in the living room. Otherwise everything was great and we will definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at The Tiki for three nights. It was very easy to check in and bypass the first checkin location by filling out the secure forms online. La Copa was easy to reach by phone when we had questions. The Tiki was a little bit far from the breakfast at La Copa Inn. but was great when we made it there. (Continental plus made to order tacos/omlettes!) The walk to the beach was easy: just walked through the property and out the back gate. The pools looked quite inviting and not over crowded. There were many restaurants and bars a short walk on the beach or a short drive away. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. The pet fee was reasonable: $50. Overall the property was quite beautiful and a bargain for the price. Everything was pretty recently updated with just a few cosmetic flaws here or there. Bedding was comfortable. TV with Roku worked great. Thanks for a great place to relax and have fun!
