The grounds are beautiful and we had a great time relaxing by the pool! It was a quiet comfortable space and we will be back!

Fifth stay at William’s Casita in 5 years. 2 weeks each time. William and his wife are very cool and helpful. The place is beautiful and very calm just at the edge of the desert. Perfect place for Wildlife watching… from the pool. First neighbors are 200 yards away and the place is very safe. Never closed my car. The pool and Spa were for me alone the whole stay with beautiful desert views. The Casita is very typical of the Southwest, very comfortable with an Awesome kitchen and absolutely everything a Chef would need to cook. Many different places to eat outside (pool, patio, terrace…). Many places to go out for dinner. All styles nearby. Thanks again Bill and see you next year !

Our star at Orange-alope Manor was fantastic. The host was very responsive and super proactive. We loved the pool during the day and the hot tub in the evening was fantastic. Everything was as described and the home was easy to find. This was my first time using airbnb in America and I would stay at this home again.

Jennifer’s place was extremely clean, and the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. Jennifer pays attention to the little things such as cotton balls in the medicine cabinet, stocked supplies in the kitchen, etc. making the place really feel like home. The condominiums were overall very quiet and calm, with very friendly staff and other tenants. While the HOA rules are extremely strict Jennifer clearly outlines the rules and has reminders posted throughout the entire unit. Very responsive and overall great host. Would definitely recommend and will be returning during my next stay in Scottsdale.

Kurt was a great host. Next time I’m in Scottsdale I plan to book this same home. Half hour from the airport, close to all the grocery stores, and a 5 minute drive from old town

Mark’s place was absolutely stunning. It fit our group of 8 more than comfortably. The house was clean and spacious with a pristine pool. The games outside were just as pictured in the listing. The house is also in a great location near restaurants and grocery stores. It’s also just a short ride away from Old Town. Again, the house was perfect and I would highly recommend.

Steve place was a beautiful backyard retreat, including hammocks and Jacuzzi. he offered beach cruisers for enjoy the beautiful neighborhood, and close by food and entertainment. we would 100% stay again.

This duplex in Roosevelt Row was convenient for us. We knew we’d be driving all over the Valley, so it was centrally located. We traveled with two young kids, and the pullout couch worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The private backyard patio was nice to have, too. Flour was a fun coffee/pastry stop down the street, and we could have walked to Pizzeria Bianco. We’ll def look for this spot again on future trips!

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

We were pleased to find a place near Mayo because my husband is having chemotherapy there. We often use DoorDash when traveling, but Cathy’s place has amazing kitchen supplies and was located close to grocery stores. It was a pleasure to cook in that wonderful kitchen. One morning, when it wasn’t too hot, we enjoyed a peaceful breakfast in the backyard. We were especially grateful for the large dog-door because not that many dog-friendly rentals are so accommodating. Our elderly dogs were happy to go in and out easily, as they are used to doing at home.

When we pulled up to the Airbnb, the main house was a little off-putting -- lots of clutter and mess everywhere. But when we went through the gate and back to the rental, everything was great. It's a small place, but great for the two of us and our dog. The private backyard was lovely for hanging out and soaking up the sun. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the frig had a shelf full of bottled water waiting for us. We were visiting family nearby, but really anything you want to do in Phoenix is easy to reach. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would recommend this rental for one or two people, and really appreciate that it was pet friendly.

I believe this is the 4th time I rented Sacha’s Airbnb and never disappoints. Fully equipped and beautifully clean properties. The communication is excellent also. Looking forward for my next rental!

The house was perfect for our needs. The back yard was beautiful and was the focus of most of our daytime activities. Situated in a quiet section of an otherwise busy city, with a scenic backdrop of South Mountain directly behind the house made it seem like we were anywhere but the city. We loved the accessible hiking and walking trails and ample conveniences nearby. I don’t think there was anything we went without because the house was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a little cold for a swim on cooler days, but was refreshing on the warmer days. A propane tank used to heat the hot tub ran out, but Dan let us know how to properly change the feed from another tank. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation. I do recommend having your own vehicle for getting around, as the Phoenix area covers a lot of square miles

Phil and Peggy were exceptional host. This place was extremely clean, and well stocked. Usually there is water in the refrigerator, however, this refrigerator had chocolate, creamer, and water. On the kitchen counter there was a bottle of wine with a bar of dark chocolate, coffee and in one of the cupboards snacks. Simply said Phil and Peggy went above what is expected to provide a clean and welcoming stay for their guest.

We were grateful for Bradley's house. it truly was an oasis . my kids never wanted to leave the pool. beautiful backyard and quiet neighborhood. I actually didn't hear the dogs much that some of the reviews talked about. very responsive and Cesar who looks after the property was very helpful and responsive. he was also very welcoming! The instructions binder was great and had great recommendations. we felt at home here. It had the right amount of space for us and we loved the sound system outside. beds were comfortable and clean..we definitely will look to be coming back if we can come back. probably the best outdoor area I've seen on air bnb in the area.

Jane was super flexible with me as I attended a nearby conference for a few days. She was helpful and flexible given my schedule. I loved the location for proximity to shopping centers. It was peaceful and quiet. Overall, a beautiful place to stay! She also provides you with so many amenities it was well worth it!

We had a great stay! The place was pleasantly clean, nicely decorated, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, and we felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a wonderful guest house! Karla met us when we arrived, even at 11:30 at night. The place is so comfy and well stocked. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve had! Will definitely stay here again.

The instructions were clear and we found the condo very easily. The parking space was close to the front door. It was nice and clean and fit our needs. We will definitely use this place in our future travels to Arizona.
