Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Camden

We enjoyed a peaceful stay after long days on bikes. We were in town for the NC Coastal ride. After riding for 30+ miles each day we came back to a tranquil location. The home is immaculate. Every item one would ever need was provided. It was perfect to have a full size fridge for our supplies. Beth even left firewood in case we wanted to enjoy the fire pit. We were able to stretch and get in a yoga session on the dock. Yoga mats were provided. The home feels like a ship in that it is surrounded by water. The waves and fresh air made for incredible sleep each night. An osprey nest is outside the window. With the binoculars we were able to watch the progress of the nest and the amazing pair catch fish. The communication throughout the stay was spot on. The “billion dollar” view is remarkable, but the amenities and care from the homeowner make this is top notch vacation spot.

Me and my family loved our stay. The pool and hot tub was great and lots of fun, we didn’t expect how deep it was. The mini golf course is a good time as well. There was so much to enjoy at the house we barely had time to go to the beach. And the host and owner were extremely friendly, and helpful.

Maureen was flexible with us checking in 2hrs early. The house was clean! We got to explore the area, not much to do, but it was peaceful. Be sure to check out the trail by the COA! It was beautiful! The big fenced yard was a great addition for we had our dog with us. The pool was an added bonus! However, there was no “active pool cleaner” and there were a lot of bugs and dirt from the trees on the water—which was understandable. Other than that, everything was great! Felt right at home! Audrey’s quilted corners by the bay was perfect for a peaceful, relaxation vacation with my sister. We enjoyed being close to the quiet, peaceful beachfront and the bike/walking path into the state park. Highly recommend for a relaxing virginia beach experience. When we experienced issues with bugs entering the room (which is a very normal occurrence in the southern climate especially in the rain), Audrey quickly contacted us and eased our minds by spraying for bugs inside the room and outside the house. Audrey did everything she could to help. Be aware of the possibility of bugs given the nature of the climate and more wooded, residential area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

A stunning home of art,history and decorations. Fresh flowers were throughout the home (nice touch if you love flowers like I do). Anyone would feel welcomed. The home is very spacious and has an adorable sun porch. A bright and happy place. The home was stocked with waters, sodas and other delicious treats. I treated my out of town family to dinner one night. They were all overwhelmed with the inside beauty. I can't say enough about Gray. He is a kind and generous man who blessed my husband and I. I will always remember his acts of kindness. God bless

I have stayed here several times and have always had nothing but good things to say. This time is no exception. James is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with and his notes and instructions on how everything works is easy to understand and accurate. This is an extremely family friendly home. It literally has EVERYTHING you need to stay comfortably, cook a full meal ( if you want) or enjoys the back deck. The amount of detail that James puts into making sure everything is perfect for your stay goes above and beyond. The outdoor appearance and interior is very clean and organized. And most importantly I feel very safe in this area. The neighborhood is quiet and close to almost anything you need. My daughter graduated from college here so I will not be staying with the same frequency but i definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for our long weekend stay in the outer banks. The place was private but close to everything, and the property is absolutely beautiful. Loved taking advantage of the bikes available to use. The suite was very clean and exactly as shown in photos.

Had a great stay in Kill Devil Hills. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. Jason and Crystal were excellent hosts—welcoming, respectful, and easy to deal with. They were also understanding and responsive when needed, which made the experience smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid spot in the area.

The house was very pretty and comfortable. It's close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Katie is great and made checking in and out a breeze.

We loved this space! We stayed the night for a concert in the area and were able to walk to and from the venue which was awesome! We got to the space and everything was very nice and felt like home! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Heather and Tom were wonderful hosts and even more wonderful people. From start to finish, they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Casa de la Luz is truly a gem: immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing, with the beach just a short walk away. When I return to OBX, checking Heather and Tom’s availability will be my first priority.

We stayed here at Zoe’s place after our wedding. It was the most perfect little place to stay just my husband and I. We loved having a quiet little space to return to after hanging out with family and friends all week. Having the nice little touches like coffee from a local shop, laundry detergent, and bathroom items already there made it even extra special. Zoe definitely knows how to make a guest experience wonderful! If we ever need a little space for just us two we will return again!!

Great location for exploring all the OBX has to offer!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with small children. There were only a couple other people at the condominium so the pool was always available and parking was easy. I liked how you get to park underneath the condos so your car stays shaded. The lock code to the stairwell and elevator made us feel secure. There were plenty of nice beach items to use in the storage including wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Each room had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The walk to the beach was minimal. The only cons were loud vehicles since you are close to the road and one ceiling fan not working in a bedroom but that didn’t bother us! Overall it is a great place and exceeded our expectations!

Very convenient stay located right next to the beach and board walk. Walkable to many places. The condo might seem a bit small but it has everything you could need. My wife and I had a nice stay here.

Nicki's place was a beautiful space, well-decorated and well thought-out. It offered what my family needed for our time in the Outer Banks. The space was clean and welcoming. We tend to eat in and the kitchen was stocked with the essential equipment and tools. The view was stunning. A few small suggestions. Admittedly, the exterior front of the property needs some work but Nicki's place offered a beautiful, relaxing experience that contrasted its exterior-Don't be intimated by the front of the property! In addition, we loved the view from the patio from inside of the property. Patio could probably use a rug for the potential splinters and a good sweeping of the spider webs and debris. Tanya was a wonderful host, thoughtful and responsive. I recommend this place and would definitely book again. Thank you!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for the Jazz Fest which was across the street, so it was perfect. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but wasn't the primary reason for our visit so it was fine. The place is really cute and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Crystal’s while in town for a graduation. Crystal was proactive with directions, recommendations, and instructions, and she responded quickly to questions. The place was nicely decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen gadgets, beach chairs, games, and other necessities. This is a nice place for a getaway.

This was our second time staying at one of Rebecca and Sean’s VA Beach condos — and the experience did not disappoint! This is just a perfect location, at the very end of the Boardwalk, with a private grassy lawn and outdoor seating just for the condo residents. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Our favorite thing is the view — you look right out onto the ocean from the patio, and you can see the beach and the sunrise from the comfortable bed each morning. We spent unhurried hours sitting on the patio in the evenings enjoying the sound of lapping waves and the night sky. This cozy studio was just right for the two of us. Highly recommend. I’ve no doubt we’ll stay there again in the future!

This is our 3rd time staying here! Has a beautiful view, great access to the beach and a nice pool, which is so great to break up the day. We traveled with two adults and two children perfect amount of space. Little dated inside but has everything you need. We come for the location, because it’s so good! As other reviews have said there is a rental above you. We had one night of very late night noise but other than that it was a wonderful stay, we will be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully updated and nicely appointed condo on Roanoke Island. The views of the Pamlico Sound were absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. The location was perfect, just a short drive to great restaurants and the Lost Colony outdoor show. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics we needed for cooking. We also loved the spacious dining and living area—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!
