We rented the apartment to celebrate my birthday and it was a great choice! The place was impeccable, very clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the ad. The location is also excellent, right in the middle of Av. Beira Mar. Communication with the hosts was great: always quick to respond and very flexible with schedules. We will definitely return at a next chance!

Simply spectacular! The apartment is extremely comfortable, with a modern design and full of technological features that make the stay even more special. The view... is spectacular — much more impressive than in the photos! Every detail of the apartment was carefully thought out. We have a large family, and everyone was very well accommodated, with plenty of space and comfort. We had a wonderful experience in this oceanfront duplex in Itapema. The apartment is impeccable in every way every detail reveals very good taste, sophistication and care for guests' comfort. The panoramic view of the beach and the sunrise spectacle each morning provided an indescribable sense of peace and freedom. The whole family was enchanted by the cozy and exquisite atmosphere. It was a memorable stay, and without a doubt, we intend to return soon if God willing. We thank you for your hospitality and for providing us such special days!

The house is very good, bed linen was fragrant, everything was very clean and organized. Iolanda welcomed us very well, she was very proactive and Lolla is a sweetheart!!!

Very beautiful, well located house and especially the view of the beach and a spectacular dawn. Communication was quick and quiet. Although we were in the middle of 05/2025, we had hot days, with lots of sunshine and pleasant nights. Even in a low season, the city offers a great structure of markets, restaurants, commerce and services in general. We'll be back for sure.

It was a great stay! The house is impeccable! Very beautiful and equipped and has a sensational view of the beach and surroundings! Large house with excellent living areas and outdoor area, which made the staff very comfortable in the environments. The house has several decorative items and is simply beautiful. And everything was extremely clean in the smallest details. The outside was very well taken care of and the host was very helpful. We recommend it!!

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We love the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

The house has an incredible view, worthy of a soap opera. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are large and clean. Joanara was an excellent host, she welcomed us very well and we felt at home. I highly recommend the stay and we will be back for sure.

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.
