Cesar’s place is exactly like in the ad. Beautiful and clean, the location is optimal , close to everything . Cesar and Mayara are very helpful and responsive. There was a problem with kettle when I checked in, they bought a new one immediately. Also after I checked out, I forgot something in the apartment and they helped out to return it back. Thanks so much for everything and definitely recommended .

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, markets and with easy access to the main points of the city. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything was right. The view from the terrace is a charm in itself, watching the sunset from there was one of the best parts of the trip! Liane's apartment is sensational!! extremely clean, organized and all new. Clean and new linens and bathrooms. The best shower I've been able to experience. The view from the balcony of the building that sits at the tip of the beach you see the whole waterfront. It is, without a doubt, a unique experience! The friendliness, kindness and care that Liane offers goes beyond the normal. Note 10!!!

Excellent place, very well located and clean. Very well equipped, everything thought of what the guest may need, from kitchen items, cleaning, etc… Very good indeed! And the condominium also has a convenience store, which makes it much easier if you need something. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). The hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! We went in couples and we felt comfortable. By having two bathrooms, it made it easy for couples to split. The entrance is beachfront, close to the Ferris wheel, with a restaurant underneath the building and bakery in the back street, well located.

My family stayed in Guilherme's apartment for 5 days, I went with my husband and my two children (7 and 2 years old) Apartment with a wonderful location and a breathtaking view. From the first contact with Guilherme, in which we needed to check in and out with flexible hours due to the baby, he was super kind and proactive. The super organized and comfortable apartment, had towels and bed linen for all, iron , hairdryer , air conditioner working super well, heated shower with optimum jet of water , complete kitchen in which it greatly helped to streamline our breakfast, wonderful condominium and very good concierge service. I'm sure you'd go other times and recommend it to everyone.

We spent great days in this apartment! It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Bed linens of excellent quality. The garage space is private. It has beach utensils at your disposal. We spent a few days, but they were great! It was worth it.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The owners were very concerned about the stay… everything went well! The area is in the south center of the beach, very quiet and with good places to shop and eat.

Great location, with partial view of the beach as advertised, everything clean. I suggest providing some wine and champagne glasses. I suggested to the owner to put luminous adhesive tape on the access to the bathrooms. I recommend the Airbnb community.

We rented the apartment to celebrate my birthday and it was a great choice! The place was impeccable, very clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the ad. The location is also excellent, right in the middle of Av. Beira Mar. Communication with the hosts was great: always quick to respond and very flexible with schedules.
