Everything was very organized, clean and quite central. If you were to say something, it was the lack of express coffee maker.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

We spent the Easter holiday in Balneário Camboriú, we love the stay. excellent location, very clean and organized. My family loved the place, it is very worth it, for sure we will return to enjoy a little more. Apto ptimo, clean, well furnished. The location is spectacular, close to.oraia and the best gastronomic center of Balneário da to do everything on foot. Vivien eecebeu us super well and helped us a lot in the flexibility of the check in. Thank you very much

Fernando's apartment is excellent!! He's so attentive that he even welcomed us with fruit and candy! It had everything you could need and more!! Very clean and organized. Very well decorated. Very good quality bedding and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, and he even left us a water dispenser. When it ran out, he refilled it immediately. We also loved the location, a very quiet area, the beach is very close, you can walk and a few steps away there are very nice bars and restaurants, the supermarket is also close. Fernando was very attentive and kind!! We really felt very comfortable!!! In conclusion, 5 stars!! I would definitely come back to this place!!! Many thanks Fernando!!!😊

Apartment... on the beach. Excellent location... I think the only thing missing is a closet or furniture in the rooms where you can leave your clothes, since it only has a small shelf... everything else is fine... excellent location meters from everything... you don't need a car 👏👏

Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.

Great place , very close to the beach, just cross the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot .

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

Quiet accommodation, all very clean and organized,has several leisure options in the building such as swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive made us at ease, they gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants I will finally be sure to refer to my friends and I will come back more often, we do not enjoy the leisure that the building offered because we got out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... in short we simply love

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures — in fact, it's even better! During my entire stay, the host was super attentive and always responded quickly. The site was impeccably clean and we had access to the entire leisure area of the condominium, which is simply perfect. My daughter loved it! There is toy library, game room, several pools... it is an excellent space for families. Another very positive point is the market behind the condominium, with fair prices. And the best: we can take the shopping cart to the apartment and then return it with ease. I asked to enter a little before the time, and since I was with a child, it made all the difference. Priscila was extremely solicitous and empathic with the situation, which made me even more at ease. Location is also great: only 10 minutes from Beto Carrero and about 35 minutes from Balneário Camboriú. Since I stayed for four days, it took time to enjoy a little bit of everything — it was wonderful!

Very good location, full apartment, full kitchen utensils too, which helped us a lot in the accommodation. Flexibility for entry helped us a lot, 24-hour concierge. Air conditioning and fan in all rooms! Impeccable cleanliness, good bed and bath linens. I highly recommend it
