Comfortable space for four people can accommodate six with extra charge per person over 4. One king size bed. Two x 2’6” beds that can be made as a double on request, a 4ft pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. Travel cot/high chair available. Caravan is of Platinum standard (Park Holidays grading). There is a relaxing pond right by your tent and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. The shepherds hut has a inside kitchenette, bathroom, a full size double bed and log burner. Outside has a charcoal BBQ, fire pit, lay z spa hot tub and seating area.

The pod is walking distance from Birchington village with a large range of shops, resturants and pubs. Getting to the pod is easy with good local road network, walking distance to local train station in Birchington with regular and high speed trains to London and close access to local bus routes.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
