I had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home in St. Margaret’s at Cliffe. The place was spotless upon arrival and immediately felt warm and welcoming. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such a breathtaking panorama each morning was a real treat. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything I needed to cook comfortably, and the cozy living room was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely love to come back!

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

We had a lovely stay at Hilary's place. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Hilary kindly put out a travel cot and high chair for our 1 year old as well. It's right next to the beach. So we enjoyed popping over to the vast golden sandy beach multiple times a day. Would recommend!

Brilliant place to spend a couple of days. Very spacious with spectacular views. Everything we needed was there as well as some lovely extra touches like snacks and nespresso pods. Also we’d forgotten to bring a pack of cards to play with the teens which is normally an essential part of our holidays, so was delighted to find some at the property. Couldn’t fault any of it, if you like Dungeness it’s an ideal place to stay.

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

Our family had a wonderful break! This was our first trip to camber and with our new dog who absolutely loved it! We have two boys who thoroughly enjoyed playing table tennis every day and walking along the gorgeous beach. Thank you for being so helpful with all the guides on places to see and places to eat. Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

Spotlessly tidy and had everything we needed including cleaning products and even a step for my toddler in the bathroom. A few more baking trays would be helpful for those cooking at home but that wasn’t a big deal at all. The little welcome treats were a wonderful surprise. Dominika was brilliant in communicating with me when needed and we were really happy with our stay. The hot tub was a great addition and the kids really enjoyed the swing and climbing frame and attempting to get in the hammock! We had a small baby with us and the high chair and cot were immaculate and all set for us. A great stay and a lovely location so close to the beach. Thank you Dominika!

Very spacious and comfortable flat with amazing panoramic view of the ocean. It was easy to park the car for free at a nearby park and walk to the new and old town. The beds were super comfy.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

Flat is fabulous, great location, we found it and got in with no trouble. The view is one of the best we have had!! The flat is spacious and very comfortable, great shower, and bath!! All in all a wonderful week away in a lovely home from home .

Lovely flat for a stay in Rye. The location is great, easy walking distance into the town centre. James met me at the flat and had provided milk and water which I appreciated. The flat is well equipped and a little quirky. Would recommend staying there and would certainly return if I am in the area again.

Fabulous apartment with spectacular views! The photos do not do the grandeur of the place justice… it’s absolutely stunning! Angela was great too and had some fantastic recommendations on what to do and where to eat, which were fab. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!

It was perfect as our main hub during our trips to Margate and Dover. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the interior design of Toms' place. Looked exactly as the photos if not better. The location is with the best view of westgate garden river. We also appreciated the light brekkie supplies that Tom provided for us. We truly enjoyed our Canterbury trip! Thanks a lot 🤗
