Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. Really enjoyed our couple of days away, shame the weather wasn’t better but the house is a great place to hang out and relax. Even on a rainy day it was light and airy. The garden and surrounding countryside is beautiful with wonderful views. Beds and bedding all very comfortable and easy parking. I’m looking forward to returning!

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

Thank so much for a wonderful stay - my son turned 10 and we had the best time playing table football, enjoying the games room, even a swim or two. What a lovely place you have. We hope to return. Thanks again.

Really lovely place in an outbuilding of a beautiful property. The property was private, but close enough to the main house and for visits from their 3 lovely dogs. The place itself was really functionable, with everything you'd need for a nice break away from home inc. kitchen equipment, washing machine, outside sofa etc. We were 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 newborn + grandma and the space was a perfect size for our group. We'd recommend the Ferry Inn for a nice pub meal and the Gusbourne vineyard is definitely worth a visit. There's some lovely countryside on your doorstep too.

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!

Really nice a peaceful escape, everything you need all in one place. The swimming pool is alot bigger then the photos make out and the hottub was perfect to relax. Will defo return

Gorgeous barn with an incredible under cover pool which was perfect when it rained! Host was brilliant at communicating. The barn is stunning so much space. The hot tub was a great addition as well. Cannot fault it. Perfect weekend away

Responded quickly, even with late request from myself. Good detail on instructions for everything. 1 night stop for ferry to France in the morning. Just what we needed.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

This was a beautiful stay - the decor was lovely, would recommend and would love to go back.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

Lovely house to stay in. The home is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts we could have hoped for. The location is incredibly peaceful, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. It is literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The host was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for tranquil break.

We (2 friends and our babies - 16 and 10 months old) had a fantastic 2 night stay in Justine's place..its definitely the best location in the park and the views are stunning! I loved giving my son his breakfast with sheep and lambs in the background! The mobile home was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated having milk, juice, bread, butter and eggs waiting for us - much needed for a cup of tea when we arrived! Although there is plenty to do on site, we spent most of our time on the lovely sandy beach and at Port Lympne Safari Park. Hopefully I/wewill return one day as its a great base to explore some lovely areas. Thanks Justine!

Lisa is a wonderful host and the property was perfect for our getaway. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We couldnt have asked for a better accommodation and hope to visit soon again.

Another lovely stay at the Appartment! We just love it here. Dogs are happy, it's light bright and peaceful. I enjoy the large bed and quality towels and bed linens. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of sofa space to relax on and a kitchen table you can work at. You hear the music from the little bar below but it's not disturbing and not open every day so isn't a problem. Parking is also a very useful thing here. Can't wait to come and stay again!

We had a short stay but the place was very spacious, quite unique, well decorated and had fantastic views being on the seafront. Great for sunsets too! The local area was peaceful but has some amenities, cafes, restaurants, pier and arcade so everything you need to have a break. Canterbury & Ashford are not far for some sightseeing/shopping. Angela was a great host too! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay here Beautiful quiet location very close to the beach Not much around the house, a pub and a few cafés that was perfect for us because we were looking for a quiet place. Rye town is only 5 to 10 minutes away and there’s plenty of restaurants and shops there. Rye Very pretty definitely worth a visit. House was lovely and exactly as described

The annexe was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable with everything you need for a short, in our case, stay. Maria and Brent have thought of everything from board games to play to books about history of area.

Amazing little place, epic view over the sea. We were lucky enough to experience all types of weather during our stay and the accusation was perfect. Both Evan & Charlie were uber helpful before and during the stay. We shall defo make a return visit. 10/10 ⭐️
