Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Cẩm Lệ District

This was a nice space and looks pretty close to the listed photos. The location is very close to everything—restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. That also means it can be a bit noisy, and there was a lot of construction in the area when I was there. The room needed a little extra cleaning when I arrived, but it was taken care of as soon as I brought it up. Carol is very fast to respond. There is not an actual balcony directly attached to the room, but you have roof access.

Our stay here was brief but very comfortable. Dong greeted us at the reception when we arrived and was kind enough to keep the room ready before the check-in time to accommodate for our arrival. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It’s also located very close to the airport, the dragon bridge, a lot of amazing restaurants and cafes, and the Son Tra night market.

I had a great stay at Anh Thi's place! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable long stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. P.S. The view from the balcony overlooking the city was a highlight!

It has been a great stay

We enjoyed our two week stay in Táu's apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and you feel right at home. We especially liked the location overlooking the sea, many restaurants and coffees. Táu is a great hostess where you can tell she wants to make sure her guests feel comfortable at all times. I can highly recommend the apartment!

I had an amazing stay at Kathy House, the apartment is in a great location and Long is an amazing house. If you are coming to Da Nang make sure you book your stay here!

We stayed at Louis Mo’s apartment for a month and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and well located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

The accommodation is perfect. It's right next to the airport, so you can also walk. The downside is that it's absolutely not possible if you don't take a taxi. There's a small grocery store near the accommodation, but you have to buy it in advance. It closes early. Sometimes I'm late to reply. There is a small supermarket on the right side of the front of the accommodation. There is a small supermarket on the right side about 30 meters up the front, and the young president and lady's house, which is very friendly to the small restaurant on the right, open the door at 11 o'clock, and they don't sell alcohol, but you can buy them. You can order all three simple yogi menus, and even if you order a collar, the rice noodle restaurant is delicious if you go a little further. The accommodation is on the right, and the hop restaurant hop restaurant on the left is only in the evening. It's open, but the hot place in the neighborhood itself is cheap and doesn't speak English, but it's not a scary friendly neighborhood. It's not an accommodation right, but people are nice and friendly. If you look at the Dongnae wheel, there's also a massage. I was on a dawn plane, so I checked out on the last day, rented for 12 hours, went to see it later, and got off at the airport at 11 o'clock. Borrow 16 seats unconditionally. The accommodation was the same as the photos. The grass was clean, so I had a lot of fun playing. The location is far from the city, but Rather, I liked it more because the neighborhood was quiet. ^^ It was nice that the person who brought me a new towel every day was so kind. Even if I go to Da Nang again, I want to visit again. I only have happy memories. Oh, and the drinks in the fridge. The price of alcohol is also reasonable, so it's easy to use ^^

We had a great stay at the lovely GoMi's House. The space is beautiful, and the touches are nicely curated. Quyên was beyond helpful and responsive from my first reach out until check out, giving us tips on where to eat, exchange money, and refilling some amenities. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during our stay! One thing for future guests to note is that there are many tall flights of stairs in the House. We had a toddler who we very carefully accompanied on the stairs. She definitely got a lot of stair practice in!

It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach, and there are convenience stores and restaurants around, which is very convenient.The host is very friendly and responsive, the room is the same as the photos, neat and clean, we had a very happy time.

I was able to have a pleasant vacation, and it was a satisfactory accommodation. I intend to revisit.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

Mia met us in the lobby and escorted us to the apartment. She was so super sweet. She made us feel welcomed and ensured her availability if we had any questions/concerns. The place was bright, airy, and clean. The location is extremely walkable with the beach entrance on the B side of the lobby. The two downsides I saw was having one portable burner (if you’re into cooking) and a small gap at the bottom of the back door creating easy accessibility for critters. Other than that, no problems. 5-stars!!⭐️

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

The view of the living room and master bedroom was so nice, and there were so many marts and restaurants on the first floor of the apartment, so it was very convenient. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).
