Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

I stayed for one week. The location is superb—very quiet, yet still close to the action. There are many restaurants, co-working spaces, and trendy coffee shops nearby. I recommend Hideout Coffee, SakeCafé & Workspace, and Danasol. The room is small but has everything you need: a kitchen and a balcony. The only minor issue is that the hot water isn’t very consistent, so filling the bathtub can be a bit challenging. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Wifi is good also. There’s a washing machine and dryer in the common area, with free washing powder provided. Communication with the host was seamless—they replied within seconds.

The home is conveniently located, incredibly close to the airport, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants all around. There are restaurants all around, and the nearby cafes are perfect for working. The host is very friendly and helpful, even assisting with scooter rentals on site and being available whenever I needed them. The room is very clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen for cooking and a very good hairdryer. It was wonderful staying here, and I will definitely come back.

Overall, the stay was great. Lee and his team was very professional, accommodating, flexible, attentive, and quick with responses. Location was walking distance to the market, small eateries, and shops. I would definitely book again if I am to be in town again.

Jeongeun was amazing! We stayed for a whole month without any problems. Beautiful and stylish apartment, compact but it has everything you need for both short and longer stays. Living room is always full of sunlight with a comfy sofa and nice TV. Kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking if you don't want to step out, but there are plenty of options downstairs for takeaway/eating out. Bathroom is small but clean and the toilet is nice, shower water pressure is strong. Bedroom is spacious and bed is comfy. The place is within walkable distance to the beach, eating streets and many convenient stores. Jeongeun is an incredible host, she is always responsive and helpful. She provides free weekly cleaning as we stayed for a month. The only down side is that the building elevators are often packed and slow. We would recommend walking a few steps across to Building B to take the elevators which are much faster and less crowded. Overall, amazing place, highly recommend!

I had a great time here. the host was very friendly and responsive. she even picked me up from the airport and offered to take me back. the room was clean and spacious. it was very close to attractions. it was totally worth the money. I recommend this place and would stay there again.

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. As a small business owner myself, I admired the integrity and devotion with which both of them run their Airbnb and restaurant business. Their teamwork is truly inspiring. It was a great stay! It’s an apartment inside of the hotel - so you have cleaning everyday (linen & towels change) and the stuff on the reception helped with all our needs. Location is just great - a lot of restaurants, cafes, massage parlors and the beach is walkable 5mins way. Rooms might be different from the photos but ours had the same amenities as the others and stuff was very helpful!

This place is great! It looks exactly as on the pictures. The location is amazing a lot of places to eat, you can rent a bike, get a massages a few steps away from the apartment. One of the best combinations for value and price. The best part of the stay is that the property offers free cleaning and free laundry service twice a week. I giggle recommend this place if you planning to stay long-term in Da Nang.

Very attentive and friendly host with her family living on the first floor. I could always communicate the host via zalo whenever I forgot the key or have some inquiries. Room was tidy and had a lovely interior. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and there're plenty of cafes and local restaurants around the house. I will come back for sure and highly recommend to anyone :) Thanks again for the pleasant stay for two weeks.

Enjoyed my stay at Thuan’s place. Located in a quiet and beautiful side street of An Thuong but close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle. Apartment has everything one would need. Cleanliness was great. Some furniture and walls could do with some updating but it reflects the price. Overall great value for money and a cosy place to stay.
