We loved our stay at David’s. Great location, David was very helpful, communicated almost immediately to our questions and needs. Beautiful inside and out. Would recommend this location to anyone. If we return to Caen, I will definitely want to return to David’s place.

Small house ideally located a short walk from the beach, and in the heart of the landing beaches. We stayed there for 4 days with our 3 daughters and we felt very good. Very clean, well equipped, quiet area but with all the amenities you need nearby and excellent welcome from Catherine. We can only recommend!

We were very surprised by Catherine's house, the photos do not do justice to this very charming house. The latter is very well equipped, very clean, the large garden is well maintained, it is a pleasure to stay there. The accommodation is well located, you have easy access to the cities of the Coast. We thank Catherine for hosting us and for her thoughtfulness.

Very nice villa, tastefully renovated and with a lot of charm in the center of Villers sur Mer, close to shops, restaurants and the seaside. The house is perfectly equipped, inside and outside, for adults, children, and even dogs. The parking of 2 vehicles in the inner courtyard was very much appreciated. Thank you to Marie Laure for her warm welcome, we will definitely come back :)

We had a wonderful stay at this villa ideally located in the city center, close to shops and restaurants (<1min) and the beach (<5min). This house is typical of local architecture, full of charm and full of life with a warm and personal decoration, far from the soulless rentals that we have experienced. All the comforts are on site and the garden is a real haven of peace, which we were able to enjoy for a pleasant meal around a large table sheltered from the wind. Adrien contributed to this very good experience by being a great host, considerate, responsive, attentive and attentive (some sweets even awaited us at our arrival). We'll be happy to go back. Recommended without hesitation.

We had a great weekend with friends in this welcoming and perfectly equipped house! ( even outside , bbq and outdoor furniture ) Everything was clean when we arrived, which immediately made everyone feel at ease. The beach, very close, was a real plus! The environment is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host and between us was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. A nice parenthesis that we recommend without hesitation!

The accommodation itself was cozy and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were especially clean, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

A very nice house, well equipped. Very responsive in communication and tries to do its best. The only downside on the unusable wifi.

We had a wonderful stay at Damien's place. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to truly enjoy all there is to offer on-site. The checkin went smoothly and was flexible, and Damien was very communicative throughout our stay. He was able to accommodate our extra requests with two babies. The house is well stocked with linens, toys for the kids, everything you might need in the kitchen, and plenty to explore outside. Our daughter enjoyed feeding the ducks and taking endless trips down the slide outside each morning. Our family made great memories here and we hope to come back again in the future!

We have really enjoyed our stay in Érics and Alexandra’s house. The house was nice and spacious with plenty of room for all 9 of us. The pool was also really nice. The check-in was easy, Éric and Alexandra waited for us even we were delayed due to holiday traffic. Éric and Alexandra recommend that we went to the hippodrome near by, and that was good fun. If you stay in this house we can recommend the restaurant close by the house.

Beautiful house in its green setting. We had a great time. The house is warm, well-equipped, the living room is very pleasant and the bedrooms are spacious. Beautiful sunny terrace and large enclosed garden ideal for children. Thanks to Mickael for his hospitality, everything was perfect.

Hi, We booked this house to celebrate 80 years with the family. We had a great weekend. The 2 children present were delighted with the books and games available. This large family home is very nice, it feels very good. We would highly recommend.

Very good stay at Samuel's. Very nice well-renovated house with many bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Lots of activities possible: ping pong, billiards, darts, board games, swimming. A very nice pool house for eating outside. A beautiful place to spend a weekend with friends or families with children. Nearby, many beautiful Normandy addresses: Ouistreham, Caen, Cabourg, the landing beaches... We recommend!

Family stay for 3 nights, very friendly house, everything is clean and spotless. Unfortunately, the tenants before us had damaged the house, but the owners were able to repair it in record time. Very friendly setting, nice pool, kitchen, living room, spacious dining room, we were 14 adults and no problems. Likewise for the beds, we were all comfortable without being on top of each other. An important point for children, once the electric gate is closed, there is no risk of them leaving the property. Thanks for the stay; I recommend it!

We love our stay here. We are family of 5 and the cottage is just the perfect space for us. Lise is very responsive and helpful and the breakfast, especially the pound cake is delicious. It’s a very peaceful and rejuvenating place. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a short week in Guillaume's lovely accommodation. Everything was in order, welcome flower on the table, friendly short explanation about the area and above all really a beautiful environment and view, even from inside the cottage. Was really enjoyable for us. The swimming pool is heated and is right in front of the door, but with a fence and gate around the garden, so also handy with toddlers :). Delightfully spacious 2-piece lawn where you can play football, volleyball, jump on a trampoline or (as parents;)) just as deliciously on a swing bench you can drink your morning coffee with a beautiful view! T village is very close and has bakeries and a delicious pizzeria. We also did day trips and games in the afternoon in rainy weather. All in all, a wonderful place where I would like to come back.

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!
