Wat hebben wij een geweldige week gehad in het Petite Maison van Hélène. Een prachtige gite, in wonderbaarlijk mooie omgeving. Alles was top! Van ontvangst tot vertrek. Ook onze hond was welkom en kon genieten van de geheel afgesloten tuin. Op frisse avonden konden we lekker de haard stoken. Bij een klein ongelukje met de sleutel werd dit direct en zonder mopperen opgelost, dank je wel!

kort verblijf maar het was heerlijk. Alles netjes en aanwezig. de host spreekt alleen Frans maar met Google translate ging het prima. ze zijn flexibel en reageren snel. Het enige was dat het onduidelijk was dat er niet 2 afgesloten kamers zijn, dit zorgde ervoor dat we uiteindelijk met onze zoon op 1 kamer moesten slapen. Niet erg maar had het graag van tevoren geweten.

Celine est une personne très accueillante. Elle a bien aménagé pour notre fille de 11 mois. Logement calme. On reviendra sûrement un jour.

We cannot say enough good things about Christian’s Chateau! The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful and made for a very peaceful start to our month long Europe trip. We loved greeting their horse and chickens each day and waking up in the bucolic countryside. It was the perfect gateway to Normandy and had everything you could possibly need for a memorable stay. The bedrooms were huge and beyond comfortable and you literally have an entire castle to yourself which makes you feel like royalty! The decor is whimsical and Victorian and adds to the charm and homeyness Christian certainly treated us like royalty too; he answered all of our questions in a timely manner, gave great area recommendations, and even left us a basket of delicious croissants for lunch! We relished the peace and quiet of this Airbnb and feeling like we could truly rest and escape the hustle and bustle. Thanks for being an amazing host and making our time in France so wonderful, Christian! :)

Très bon séjour avec une maison très accueillante. Le beau temps a permis de profiter du jardin qui est très bien agencé. Alexandrine et son mari sont très agréable

Accueil très chaleureux et amical, disponible. Maison spacieuse avec toutes les commodités, accès à la plage, très bien située pour les plages du débarquement et musées. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

What a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. It was great sitting outside in the morning having a coffee listening to the birds singing and the church bells ringing. It was also nice to have access to the gardens with a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis. We were holidaying to visit the various D-Day beaches and museums which were all within a short drive. The property is well appointed with everything you could need. Arnaud & Jessica were friendly and helpful and would respond to any questions within minutes.

Très bon séjour dans une villa magnifique qui correspond exactement au descriptif. Le plus la piscine couverte et chauffée, un jardin agréable et des activités pour tous. Les hôtes sont très sympas et très accueillants. on recommande vivement cette belle villa pour des réunions de famille ou entre amis.

We voelde ons direct welkom in dit typische Franse verblijf, overal was aangedacht van een Haard die klaar stond om te ontsteken tot een gedekte tafel met een heerlijke chocolade taart! Naast elk bed stond een flesje water met een Madeleine voor de nachtelijke trek. Wel hangen er door heel het huis briefjes met instructies, maar wanneer iemand gewoon normen en waarde kent zijn de reglementen vrij logisch. Misschien een tip om deze regels te bundelen en op de gedekte eettafel te presenteren zodat alles gelijk duidelijk is ipv door heel het huis. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit pittoreske Franse huis.

Sébastien a été un hôte très prévenant et agréable . Le logement est conforme aux photos. Je dirais que pour 4 personnes c’est un peu petit, car il manque des rangements pour les courses et pour les vêtements. La literie et très confortable. Les jeux et la piscine CAP FUN sont comme toujours géniaux pour les enfants.

We hebben genoten van een kleine week in de heerlijke accomodatie van Guillaume. Alles was keurig in orde, welkomst bloemetje op tafel, vriendelijke korte uitleg over t eea en bovenal echt een prachtige omgeving en uitzicht, zelfs vanuit het huisje binnen. Was echt genoten voor ons. Het zwembad is verwarmd en ligt vlak voor de deur, wel met een hek en poortje om het tuintje dus ook handig met peuters :). Heerlijk ruim 2 delig grasveld waar je kan voetballen, volleyballen, trampoline springen of (als ouders;)) even heerlijk op een schommel bank je morning coffee kan drinken met een prachtig uitzicht! T dorpje is erg dichtbij en heeft bakkertjes en een heerlijke pizzeria. Verder hebben wij dag tochtjes gedaan en spelletjes middag bij wat regenachtig weer. All n all een heerlijke plek waar ik graag nog eens terug zou komen.

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Tout est conforme aux descriptions de l'annonce. Ruth la concierge des lieux est très sympathique et accueillante. Elle propose une prestation repas au rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Très beau logement pour un weekend entre amies ! Sandrine et son conjoint nous on bien accueilli et le lieu est très bien situé pour profiter de la Suisse Normande. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont bien entretenus, toutefois cet espace n'était pas privatif comme indiqué sur l'annonce, il faut réserver son créneau pour pouvoir en profiter. Lieu très calme, vaisselle très jolie, espace extérieur bien aménagé, lits confortables et architecture magnifique !

Das Haus ist wunderschön, praktisch und sehr gemütlich. Die überdachte Terrasse ist wunderbar um das Frühstück draußen zu genießen und auch abends noch länger draußen zu bleiben. Die Landungsstrände sind gut zu erreichen. In Bayeux gibt es sehr gute Bäckereien und alle Geschäfte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus absolut empfehlen!

Ce cottage au milieu de la nature est un vrai bijou ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans logement de Marie-Anne. L’extérieur est aussi agréable que l’intérieur, très bien rangé et aménagé. L’absence de TV et d’Internet nous ont permis une totale déconnexion. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Warm, persoonlijk welkom. Ruim appartement, voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen. Geweldige locatie, heerlijk rustig. Heerlijk ontbijt. Chantal reageert snel en oog voor wat een klant graag wil. Geweldige dagen gehad.

Un super séjour, très paisible dans un cadre idyllique. La cabane est irréprochable tant en confort qu’en terme de propreté. Les instructions sont clair et beaucoup de recommandations. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Pensé écologiquement en prime. Je recommande.

Nous recommandons ce logement idéalement situé à quelques pas commerces avec une jolie vue mer. L’endroit est reposant et très agréable ! À cela s’ajoute une grande flexibilité des hôtes.

Une lodge incroyable. Avec une vue magnifique. Le séjour était génial dommage que ce n’était que pour une nuit j’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés . Tout est comme sur les photos. Le bain nordique vraiment c’était une pépite. Logement propre. Un petit plus pour nos amis à 4 pattes qui sont accueillis également. Merci beaucoup.

Nothing negative to say about this stay, apart from the noise from the outside traffic & a select few neighbours, the stay and house was beautiful! It looked exactly like the pictures, everything was clean & tidy and the location was perfect for a relaxing stroll down to the marina, with all the shops & restaurants close by. The host was attentive & explained everything clearly. The property was beautifully modern, whilst preserving the wonderful original architecture of Normandy. Overall, would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us ☺️👍🏻

This was exactly we had hoped for. Steps away from a major WWII D Day site on a one way street that saw very little traffic. The space was clean and in, what I would call, a very historic home. I recommend this booking for anyone who would like to be centrally located for the historic beaches of Normandy during D Day or a quiet villa 400 meters from the calming waters of the ocean.
