Villa holiday rentals in Caluco

The private villa was perfect for our girls trip. The private pool and outdoor shower were great to have after days and nights out in el tunco. We took advantage of both the yoga and surfing lessons on site which I’d highly recommend as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything and very responsive! Can’t wait to visit again.

We had an excellent time here. We found everything we needed. The location is good and it was easy to find. The rooms were beautiful and had many beds for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the pools and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed to cook great meals. Many different areas to relax.

Fantastic spot in the heart of the city. Rare find given the close proximity to everything. Host was very responsive and always in communication. The place was meticulous both inside and outside. In fact, the house shows better than the pictures. Thank you Diana for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

During my stay with my family, I absolutely enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. As a final point, I would like to emphasize that Julio is part of this beautiful house and gives it his full attention.

La casa es hermosa, tiene todas las comodidades y lujos. Estaba todo muy limpio cuando llegamos y nos estaban esperando para darnos la bienvenida. Suficiente espacio para estar cómodos, fuimos un grupo de 18 personas. Nos dejaron mucha agua para beber dentro de casa, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado funcionando al 100%. La piscina en óptimas condiciones. Parqueo para 2 carros dentro de casa y parqueamos 2 carros más afuera. El residencial es seguro, con vistas hacia el mar. Esta a menos de 5 minutos en carro de la playa El Tunco, en donde pudimos surfear. Alejandro nos dio muchas recomendaciones locales, las cuales fueron muy útiles y siempre estuvo atento a nosotros. Sin duda alguna recomendaría este lugar. Es de esas casas que no les hace falta nada. 10/10.

I had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just steps away from the ocean with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house escape and hope to return soon!

Wonderful, better than expected and so happy I got to stay here for w week. Both Brianda and Sandra were so kind to communicate for each inquiry I had (there were many). I was unsure because they were new hosts with a new listing but this was the best stay in this platform I have experienced. The place was impeccable, wonderful views, equipped with more than we needed, and my family was extremely happy and comfortable. The beach is so close! Just a few steps down from the street that divides front row homes from second row homes and you are at La Leona private beach. Wonderful to swim, find hermit crabs, and relax. Just over the cliff (Atami resort and Pelicanos) to the right, which is a beautiful walk with natural pools and views, you reach the El Palmarcito beach with other local restaurants, surfers, lifeguards, few vendors with coconuts, minutas, googles, clothes. We tried some surfing lessons for the first time from David ‪+503 7326 4086‬ and his staff. I did not want to leave!

Great place to host a large group. Tyler was extremely responsive providing updates and even a video of how to enter the property. Everyone was extremely friendly including personnel who worked on the property. Tyler also coordinated getting us a car for a reasonable price as El Tunco was about a 15-20 minute walk from the home and we also used to get to the area for zip lining.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and it was just as dreamy. The area around it has grown up quite a bit but the house is still private and peaceful. The pool is great. I just wish the big bushes that block the ocean view could be trimmed. When we stayed in the house before there were no bushes along the fence and we all enjoyed seeing the ocean. My only complaint is that one of the chairs by the pool, which was already super worn out, broke when someone sat in it and we had to pay $25. That bothers me as almost all of the lounge chairs were already broken upon arrival. Only two have the ability to sit up. The rest are broken and can only lay down. Yet we had to pay for a worn out chair’s leg breaking? Wonderful experience overall despite the chairs. Don Carlos and Marisol are wonderful as well.

Andres’s place was as amazing as advertised + more. The staff was awesome and helped us with everything we needed. Food was delicious. The house and its location are beautiful. Will absolutely be back! Thanks Ale and the rest of the staff, it is truly a special place.

Location is beautiful . Great place to go anywhere so many things to do around the house . I got a massage on the balcony by the ocean and that was a dream.! The main thing was the service . Omg I never had such great service . Daniel the house keeper was amazing. He would make drinks clean make our coffee coordinate laundry pick up or order for food . He was on point on everything and honestly he’s the main reason why I would go back. This was a true vacation best !

Close enough to the action but far enough for the noise

our stay at this beautiful property was truly enjoyable. The house was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious, making it the perfect place to relax. Beach access was convenient, the host were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Their hospitality made a big difference, we highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excelente lugar muy bonito y agradable, coincidía exactamente con la fotos, la cocina con lo necesario, los cuartos muy cómodos con A/C, los baños limpios así como la casa en su totalidad, la privacidad hace más confortable la estadía y las mascotas pueden disfrutar todo el espacio. La comunicación con Edgard fue muy buena, siempre estuvo pendiente. El apoyo de René y de su familia fue muy importante para sentirnos como en casa. Les agradezco por darnos la oportunidad. Eleticia nous à sauver d’une situation bien fâcheuse. Nous avions réserver un airbnb qui , à notre arrivée etait plus qu’insalubre! Nous devions y passer 10 jours mais c’etais impossible de vivre dans des circonstances comme celle la . Le logement d’eleticia était libre , ils nous ont accueillie des le lendemain à midi ! C’est de toute beauté toute est parfait , la vu a couper le souffle , la piscine panoramique le jardinier tellement dévouer et sympathique sans oublier l’aide ménagère et cuisinière . Grace à eux notre voyage à passer d’un cauchemar à un rêve .

This place was truly a hidden paradise, el Tunco itself is paradise and having this place to come back to away from the life outside the gate made the trip perfect. Such peace, beautiful pool to swim, outdoor kitchen to hang out in, and the elevated living area was a sanctuary in itself. Rebecca is a lovely addition to the stay, so kind & helpful. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay here. Thank you.

This has been an amazing experience, the beach house was even more beautiful in person and Gustavo was an amazing host. We definitely found a gem to come back in the next vacation! I highly recommend it! My entire family loved it!!

Excelente sitio para relajarse, desde el momento en que llegas la bienvenida de Abigail quien es la encargada nos hizo sentir en casa. Es un lugar limpio, acogedor y tiene todo para hacer de sus vacaciones un momento inolvidable. Recomendado al 100%, volvería de nuevo a este hermoso lugar. Muchas gracias Rodrigo por tanta amabilidad y permitirnos hacer el check in temprano y el check out luego de la hora, eso nos permitió disfrutar un poco mas del lugar. Beautiful home, unique experience and something different from the ordinary. Christina is a sweetheart, totally responsive and communication. The home itself so unique, I swim everyday with the main pool before and after my surfing sessions, beaches are so close. Did some cooking as well and has all the pans and utensils I needed. Very happy and will come back soon again.

The most beautiful and cleanest place we’ve stayed in. The pool, the bedding and restrooms are so clean. We had the max guests and it was so spacious. The whole family enjoyed it. Definitely coming back
