Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Calp

This is a beautiful apartment, well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The building is new and very well maintained. Wendy is friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. It has secured parking underground and it’s in a great position to explore the local areas. A really good find, thanks Wendy .

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio, con todas las cosas necesarias. Bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando de la playa y también tiene cerca un tranvía que te lleva a muchos otros lados. Muy recomendable!

Excelente apartamento, todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Decorado con buen gusto. Bien surtido con el menaje necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones, como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. El calor no es un problema gracias al aire acondicionado centralizado y la presencia de ventiladores de techo, muy cómodo, la verdad. La urbanización destaca por una estupenda piscina y jardines. A pocos minutos andando de la playa de la Punta del Raset (muy limpia y agradable). Muy bien ubicado para ir al centro de Denia o al puerto. Una maravilla la comunicación y el servicio que dan Raúl y Rocío, muy muy profesionales y a la vez cercanos y amables, con mucha iniciativa y proactividad. Sin duda, nos hemos quedado con ganas de pasar unos cuantos días más en su apartamento y esperamos volver el verano que viene.

I absolutely loved it here! I spent 2 months in Alcoy as a school internship and I chose this airbnb. Very good overall, view is so good and location are 5/5. Only downsides would be no oven/airfryer and some of the pans were not capable with the stove, but these are long period problems. I highly recommend this AirBnB and city!

Excelente lugar para desconectar y sentirse como en casa. Preciosa Urbanización con jardines y piscina muy bien cuidados. Zona muy tranquila para descansar y recargar pilas. Das Artico ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Nicht nur wegen der Lage, denn der weitläufige Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Artico, mit seiner großen Terrasse und der zusätzlichen, geschützten Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich und überdurchschnittlich sauber, gepflegt und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Ein besonderer Dank geht jedoch an die Vermieterin Astrid, die freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Ihre Tipps ersetzen fast einen Reiseführer. Vielen Dank dafür und Tschüss bis zum nächsten Mal.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean, all the equipment is modern and in like-new condition, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were all the essentials for a comfortable stay: dishwashing tablets, sunflower oil, seasonings, laundry tablets, etc. Even though it wasn’t hot during our stay, there are plenty of air conditioners throughout the apartment. The parking is also very convenient—you get a pass for a secure public parking area just a 3-minute walk away, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. Lastly, a big thank you to Delphine and Marco for being amazing hosts. They were always available and ready to help.

Un piso muy bonito con unas vistas increíbles. Primera línea de playa, restaurantes y supermercados cerca, zona céntrica… los anfitriones muy amables! Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Calpe!

Рекомендую оставаться в этом жилье. Чувствуете себя как дома, прекрасный чистый бассейн . Много кухонного инвентаря и посуды, места для хранения. Очень дружелюбный хозяин. Утром приятно выйти с чашечкой кофе в сад. Территория роскошная, падл корт открытый и закрытый бассейн. Мы провели отлично отпуск с детьми. Рекомендую взять в аренду в авто все достопримечательности и пляж 7-15 мин на машине. Торговый центр и продуктовые магазины 3-5 минут.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

Maravilloso lugar para descansar y relajarse un fin de semana en familia o con amigos, los anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo, muy recomendable, sin duda repetiría.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

Recentemente abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza in una splendida casa vicino a Benidorm, a soli 7 km dalla città. Siamo stati in tre coppie e ogni coppia aveva a disposizione un bagno privato, il che ci ha garantito un’ottima privacy durante il soggiorno. La casa era perfettamente attrezzata con tutte le comodità e i confort che si possono desiderare. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la spaziosa piscina, ideale per rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi durante le giornate di sole. L’abitazione, distribuita su due piani, era molto bella e accogliente, creando un'atmosfera perfetta per trascorrere del tempo insieme. Ogni angolo della casa era curato con attenzione, e questo ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. In sintesi, il soggiorno è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. Consiglio vivamente questa location a chi cerca un posto tranquillo e confortevole per una vacanza indimenticabile in Spagna!

Maravillosa estancia en Oliva Nova.Una casa recién reformada, preciosa y muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado por conductos en todas las estancias. La zona exterior estupenda con un porche , jardín y piscina los cuales los hemos disfrutado a tope. Muy cerca de la playa y de un carrefour exprés.Zona muy tranquila con poco ambiente pero a nosotros no nos ha importado. Lo peor , la cantidad de mosquitos que hay por la zona, pero a base de repelente lo hemos sobrellevarlo bien. . Los anfitriones siempre atentos y amables. En resumen un alojamiento súper recomendable, para repetir 👌

La estancia en Casa Dora de Jávea a sido estupenda. Nos encantó disfrutar de la piscina y relajarnos en la terracita. la comunicación con Bárbara como anfitriona fue muy fluida y ella estuvo atenta a nosotros en todo momento, tuvimos un problemilla con el agua caliente que vino a solucionar enseguida y nos permitió tener una hora de salida más flexible. Como único punto a mejorar sugerimos la renovación del sofá cama que es bastante incómodo. La sensación final es que hemos disfrutado muchísimo nuestro viaje gracias a haber pasado en Casa Dora gran parte de nuestro tiempo, repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Nuestra estancia en Javea ha sido increíble, principalmente gracias a Inma, desde el primer momento nos recomendó lugares para visitar, como llegar a ellos y los mejores trucos sobre la zona. Una anfitriona espectacular. El apartamento es tal cual las fotografías que comparte y tiene todos los servicios que describe. Sin duda si tenemos la oportunidad de volver la elegiremos de nuevo. La limpieza 10/10.

Daniel and Alvaro han sido muy buenos anfitriones. Hemos disfrutado de todas las instalaciones en nuestra estancia. Mis hijos estuvieron siempre entretenidos con las instalaciones deportivas, el parque y la playa al cruzar la avenida es un lujo! Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones. Volveremos!

Our stay was perfect. Place was lovely and clean. Furnished well as per the pictures. Lucien was a great character and very helpful with providing information for us. No faults at all.

I highly recommend this place, it was clean spacious and had great views. The pool area is very nice and big.

We stayed in Victor’s apartment during 15 days and it was amazing. The apartment was exactly like the photos, it has e everything to spend a nice days relaxing , the area was quite calm, the building is very organized and clean and it’s close to the restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beach. Victor is a great host, always prompt to help, solve issues and provides the feedback very quickly. I recommend Victor and the apartment to all that would like to spend their holidays near the sea and relaxing.
