We loved the stone and wood structure of the house, it really had a very warm and peaceful vibe. Everything we needed was thought out, the whole place was spotless and very tidy. Available to stay for short or long periods of time. It has been a resting place with its garden, pool and surrounding olive trees. At a point that provides full privacy. Thank you so much for everything, it was a great stay!

We simply loved our stay in this fantastic bungalow in Çalış! The accommodation is a real insider tip: quietly located, but at the same time in the middle of the action. You can walk to the promenade in a few minutes, to great cafés, small boutiques, supermarkets or restaurants right on the water, and yet in the evening you can only hear the gentle rustling of the trees. The highlight for us was the beautifully landscaped garden with absolute privacy. Everything seems lovingly thought out. Like the stylish whirlpool, where we ended the day in the evening. Especially nice: the outdoor projector! We wouldn't need this so often, but nice to have. :) We had a barbecue with the family, for which the garden was also great. The bungalow is modern, clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. Ahmet was super helpful, gave us great local tips and was immediately available for questions and comments. During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they greeted us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I encountered by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

The house is extremely new and clean. Having a toilet and bathroom in each bedroom is a very comfortable amenity for a crowded stay. It's nice to have a sauna. In terms of location, you can even walk both quietly and close to grocery stores.

I went to Mr. Ufuk's house with my group of friends. Mr. Ufuk was really helpful in communication. I contacted him regardless of the time difference. The house was very clean, very handy. The garden, the pool, the seating area, the barbecue, everything was great. We were very pleased. You can choose with peace of mind. The location of the house is a little higher, you definitely need to have a car. It is 30 minutes from the sea and Fethiye bazaar, but it is a quiet place to rest your head. If you come to Fethiye, this should definitely be one of your choices. I would like to thank Mr. Ufuk for everything.

It is a very clean, quiet, enclosed villa, we are very pleased.

The villa was magnificent, we could only stay for a few days because our holiday was short, but we plan to come again at the first opportunity. This 3-room villa has everything you need, the rooms are very spacious, each room has a large balcony, bathroom, TV, etc👌. The room on the top floor also has a jacuzzi. The linens and everything else were clean. It has a very large garden and a very large pool. Every morning, the pool attendant came early and cleaned the pool.🙏 Fethiye is already a very beautiful place with its nature, sea and many features. There are many places to visit. The villa is about 5-6 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz. Babadağ cable car is 3-4 minutes away. I've vacationed in many places in the region, but this house was the best in every way ✅️ Ms. Arife responded to all our questions immediately, we thank her again for her hospitality, and we hope to see her as soon as possible

Everything seemed to be in the photos. The bathroom, kitchen and bed were spotless and tidy. In the same way, the pool was maintained and clean. A nice neighborhood for those who prefer a quiet, tranquil vacation. Fethiye is 1 hour from the center, can be reached by Saklikent minibuses. I would definitely like to stay again in the future. The house was large and spacious for 4 people, the pool was larger and more sufficient than it appeared in the photos. The garden is very beautiful and the seating area in the garden, which is completely surrounded by trees, can also be very pleasant. The lighting was very sweet.

Hands down, Terra Liva was simply amazing—everything I hoped for and more! The place was very clean, cozy, and private. The sauna worked perfectly and heated up quickly. There were two jacuzzis (the indoor one had hot water, while the outdoor one was cold), an outdoor swimming pool (not heated, but the temperature was great for swimming), a balcony, an outdoor bar, and a cozy swing chair—everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Tugay was incredibly responsive, answering us in less than 10 minutes even late at night. Whatever we needed, he provided! And the view? You have to see it for yourself. Please don’t hesitate to book this home; my family and I absolutely loved our stay! P.S. The neighborhood cats are the cherry on top! They are so cute and friendly; you can’t help but feed them! LOL

Although we could not reach Mr. Sedat for a while at the first entrance to the house, then we were able to ask the friends around for help and log in with the password. Other than that, the interior of the house, the garden, the patio were clean and tidy. Everything used in the house is of good quality. We did not lack anything. The whole house is absolutely stunning, especially the swimming pool and the garden. Two bedrooms are nicely decorated. You can wake up with vibrant plants and go to sleep before a warm bath. The huge living whole can satisfy all your needs. It’s an amazing living experience and thank you for your host.

Mr. Okay and Mr. Şaban, who welcomed us, helped us a lot. They were very kind. The house and the area have a tremendous nature and location.
