Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Çalıca Mahallesi

The house is very nice, spotlessly clean and has everything you might need. The garden was great, but unfortunately we couldn't use it much because it was raining all the time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, if you enjoy activity, there are no cafes, restaurants, etc. 10 min by car to the nearest beach and cafes. There are plenty of grocery stores within walking distance. Overall, we were very satisfied, would recommend.

This is a very beautiful place, very spacious and the outdoor space is so peaceful with lemon and almond trees. The stay was made more worthwhile by the wonderful host, who is always available and ever so kind. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a stay in Fethiye.

Baris was a great host and the villa is perfect for a stay in Kayakoy. The rooftop pool was very clean and had a great view. The restaurants in the village are a 15 minute walk away and the taxi service Baris recommended was always very timely when requested. I would definitely recommend staying here. On top of the villa being great Baris was also a very helpful host, he even helped us order dinner when we arrived which was incredibly thoughtful after we had a long day of travel.

Absolutely beautiful place, it looked even better when arriving at the place. Good location, and the host was amazing and very responsive in communication. Any thing I needed to ask, he replied straight away. No problems with our stay. We both loved our time there. Would stay again

It was a one-night stay with my family, but I'm glad we chose this place. Everything was thought out for the guest in the house, and we felt at home. The host was quick to respond to messages and had great communication with us. The garden is very spacious and convenient, and there is even a conditioning bike in the garden for those who want to do sports. We loved it. Highly recommend. Extremely kind, nice people. They help with the slightest problem right away. The house was very nice and spotless. The location is close to the center. You can stay with peace of mind.

Good location close to the sea, calm and quite area. There is Migros near appartment and parking for the cars. Clean rooms, new furniture. There are towels, dishes and almost all necessary technic. The host is friendly and ready to help. The furniture on the balcony was closed due to low season, but the host kindly took from other balcony more clean furniture and unpacked it under our request.

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the place for 5 days. We extended another day afterwards because the place was so great we didn't want to leave. The hosts are super friendly and courteous and were always available. Our check-in worked perfectly. The place was extremely clean, which we liked the most. The apartment was nicely decorated, there was everything you need in a summer house. The location of the apartment was very central and you could walk to several supermarkets within a few minutes. I would particularly like to highlight the garden, which was very nicely decorated, with plenty of seating for all guests. In the evening, you had a particularly nice atmosphere in the garden, which was even equipped with a grill. We were completely satisfied with everything above average. I would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place. Thanks for the great time, we'll be back!

We had the opportunity to stay at Mr. İBRAHİM's house for 1 week. She was easy to communicate with and we quickly checked into the house. 1+1 you have almost all the amenities and it was a clean house. If you have a car, you can be in the bazaar and the dead in a short time. You can stay with peace of mind. Thank you Mr. Ibrahim.

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

They welcomed us at the bus station, they were very flexible with our check-in and checkout times, their interest was great, the house was well-clean in mind, everything was arranged with everything in mind, thank you very much for everything.

We stayed at the apartment for a week with about two daughters who loved the pool. Pool is nicely maintained and shared with a few apartments. Neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a good quiet location but close to amenities and easy to drive into Ölüdeniz for excursions.

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

Probably the best place in Fethiye! Ramazan’s apparement is located in a lovely villas complex. It’s clean, safe and calm. You’ll be at 10 min from the beach and restaurants or you can enjoy the 2 swimming pools with sunbeds if you feel lazy. Ramazan is the perfect host: always available and nice. If you’re looking for a place in Fethiye, do not miss this apartment!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.

Definitely worthy to come with family or group of friends. Location is ideal for those, likes walking or have a car. Because it’s enough far from city center. But overall, worth of staying for 5-7 days
