We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

Such a fantastic place, big,clean, cozy and private. it had all we needed and more, very interesting use of colour too. we had a beautiful stay, wish we stayed more. we definitely recommend !

What an incredible place hidden behind the wall! Immaculate and perfect place to use as a base to explore Rome. Bus stop outside and easy walking routes. The outside space was private and perfect to enjoy. Comfortable beds and excellent bathroom. Hosts were friendly and so helpful. Would 💯 recommend this place Will be back when next in Rome!

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

The home was so very comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing!

We stayed 3 nights in this fantastic house, which is really beautiful, well-kept and equipped with all the amenities. The pool, the landscape and the greenery are truly unique. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend it for those who want to relax and spend wonderful days. Also, due to the distance of the trip, we arrived at 3 in the morning and they welcomed us wonderfully with 3 equally wonderful croissants. We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The place is spacious, very clean, and surrounded by peaceful nature. Alessandro was a kind and responsive host, always available to help. The house was well-equipped and comfortable for our group. We especially appreciated the quiet location and the lovely outdoor space. We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

Lovely accommodation , well equipped with all amenities . We were a group of 14 and had a lovely stay. The property is very fresh and everything feels like it is new . The host gave very good instructions which made our stay comfortable . The house is close to the metro station , so very convenient to travel from here .

We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

I was captivated by the photo, so I contacted the two hosts, who were extremely courteous and quick to respond, and they gave me an appointment to see the place in person. Beautiful villa and low costs, it was perfect for the stay and for organizing a party. Everyone was impressed by the place and the villa, so much so that we will undoubtedly return. In addition, the two hosts suggested nearby places to shop (they even thought of some very good local products) and to better organize myself, making everything easier and special. As soon as we have the opportunity to organize another gathering, both for a party and also for a long weekend of relaxation, it will undoubtedly be our destination. I'm also ready to suggest some goodies to make the place even richer in surprises! Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time in Amelia. The house was the perfect place to relax and made a great base to explore a beautiful part of Umbria. The village is 5 minutes away and has everything you need but for those looking to explore and be more active there are endless opportunities further afield. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the villa! We were made very welcome, the instructions were clear and the accommodation was as described. We made good use of the football pitch and the location close to Rome was also a plus. I'd definitely recommend it!

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

A really great place to stay, lovely villa with an incredible outside area, great pool and beds. View over the fields is beautiful and the local town has great restaurants and a lovely evening vibe. Supermarket 5 mins by car. We had a very good stay.
