Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Francesca and Sebastian were incredible, super friendly and available. thank you and until next time, Ciaoo!

I spent a weekend at Royal apartment, the host is professional and helpful. I needed to check in before the indicated time and within 30 minutes he made the apartment available. Impeccable apartment, meets every comfort and in a strategic area where with a short walk you can reach the city center, the clubs and the central station. Definitely recommended

Great place, me and my friends spent here 3 nights. The apartment was very tidy and clean, we had a lot of space. It is close to the main attractions in Catania. Also it is possible to find a parking spot near the aparment, very convenient :)

Emanuele's place was terrific from the start. Communication from Marateresa was clear and she was good enough to meet us at the apartment for our check in and to let us know about the area. The greatest thing about this location is not only the impressive views, but the access to the cable car and Isola Bella beach which is serviced by a private gate to the public steps. The apartment was spacious and had everything we wanted. The only minor thing I'd note is that the shower was on the small side. We managed ok and this didnt detract from our stay. Thanks for an amazing stay! Would definitely come back.

Lisa’s place in Catania was fantastic. It’s quite modern, with a touch of history in the exposed brick work. It’s in a very convenient location to explore the city by foot, though it’s fair walk to the beach or main station. There are a huge amount of restaurants and bars around, most of which have excellent food.

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Impeccable cleanliness and a very responsive and friendly host. Nice neighborhood, not too central but well connected, quiet and full of options if you don't want to go to the center for an aperitif/dinner. Absolutely affordable value. Highly recommended.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

Francesco was a great host. He replied for our questions quickly and recommended some good restaurants and attractions with useful information. The apartment is close to the train station, supermarkets and the main attractions are also in a walkable distance through the Via Etnea. The furnitures was nice, new and clean. The house was pretty well equiped. I highly recommend the apartment and Francesco.

But what truly made the experience special was the amazing host – thoughtful, generous, and always available to help. Alessandra and her husband met us at check-in. We got in late 10:00 pm, they saved us from a very long journey with food! They are so accommodating and thoughtful 💕 The house is everything you could ask for. We utilized all 3 outside areas everyday. The front for breakfast and sunrise, the back for the grill, which we used alot, and the fabulous rooftop for dinner and cocktails. The private neighborhood is filled with gorgeous homes/villas. We drove everywhere from up north, to down south, even to Palermo, all about 2-2 1/2 hours from the house. Evenings are quiet, only the sounds of the 🌊 sea. We will definitely be back. Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Jean was great meeting us and showing where to park and giving us a run down of the house. The property is well located and quiet, the decor not modern but works well with a fully equipped kitchen.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a week in Emanuele's apartment. Everything is present, spotless and it looks like the pictures. Emanuele is very friendly and helpful. He is looking for contact before the arrival date. He did his best to let us into the apartment a little earlier and helped find parking. In short, great!

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, as are the pillows, and the bathroom is spacious, with two sinks, which is very practical. The location is excellent: it is close to the center of Catania and only 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station. In addition, Diego has always been very attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. A 10-star deal!
