We zijn als gezin al vaak op mooie plekken op reis geweest, maar nog nooit hebben we gedacht: hier willen we nog terugkomen. Dat hadden we nu wel. Het huis ligt op zo'n bijzondere plek: een eigen strand in de baai. Een azuurblauwe zee, waar we heerlijk gezwommen hebben. De wondermooie wandelpaden, waar de natuur, in de lente, toen wij er waren, helemaal in bloei stond. We zijn er helemaal tot rust gekomen. Sonia, die ons heeft ontvangen en die we altijd vragen mochten stellen, was zo behulpzaam. Toen we een lekke band hadden met de huurauto, is ze helemaal naar de garage gereden om te kijken of we ok waren. Ontzettend lieve en hartelijke vrouw.

We had a great stay at Mariano‘s place in a lovely part of Sardinia. The place was amazing with magnificent sea views from the patio and master bedroom’s terrace. A small beach which was never overcrowded was just a few minutes walk down the hill from the property via a little path, but was also easily accessible via a flatter road from the village.Other beaches, probably the best in Europe were also easily accessible. One needs a car to enjoy a holiday there to be able to get to the nearby amenities, beaches, restaurants, but we were fully prepared for it. Mariano was very helpful, he and his wife greeted us personally at the property, showed us the ropes and gave us plenty of useful local advice on shopping, markets, restaurants, activities. It was quite hot during our stay but air-conditioning worked well. An outside shower was a very nice and convenient feature on coming back from the beach. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Thank you, Mariano!

La maison est presque parfaitement équipée et nous a offert un superbe logement pour un séjour entre amis d'une semaine. Nous avons pu profiter du vaste espace extérieur notamment pour nos repas. Un merci à Debra pour sa disponibilité durant notre séjour !

This place is a true gem! The house is very private with big terrace overlooking the bay, surrounded by lots of trees and plants, with direct staircase to the beach. There are plenty of other beautiful beaches within few minutes drive, too. The house is very tastefully decorated, clean and has everything you might need for a perfect stay. The communication with Matteo and Marco was excellent - always proactive, very quick in responding with lots of recommendations and tips. Overall - I wish we could have stayed longer! Best accommodation in Sardinia during our entire stay!

This beautiful villa is a perfect base camp for a peaceful sport family holiday with a car. A lot of hiking & biking possibilities, a large, nice garden with toys & playing possibilities for kids and beach nearby. The beds are comfortable and house has all necessary amenities. The third room is a mezzanine, good for sleeping (e.g. for bigger kids) but too low for adults to stand, access with steep wooden stairs (visible in the pictures). In practice the house ideally hosts one (large) family rather than two couples (with kids). Garden nicely decorated with great plants & night lights, beautiful views to the surrounding mountains.

What a beautiful place to stay! So clean, so tranquil, so spacious. Valeria was so responsive. I will absolutely stay here again when I am back in Nuxis!

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Sant Antioco verbracht. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und der Außenbereich ist mit der großen Terasse sowie der Gartendusche besonders angenehm zu nutzen. Federico ist ein sehr professioneller und gleichzeitg ausgesprochen sympatischer Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Suestellas. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, Alice ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die gleichzeitig nicht aufdringlich ist. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist völlig ausreichend. In der Küche sind die nötigsten Dinge vorhanden, um selbst zu kochen. Der Garten ist riesig, so dass sich die Kinder toll austoben können. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß! Im Obst- und Gemüsegarten war leider zu der Jahreszeit noch nichts reif. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle ruhige Lage, der Grillofen und die Außendusche mit Warmwasser :)

Ramon e Valentina sono stati dei perfetti Host, cordiali e premurosi. La villa con giardino, è una piccola oasi di tranquillità, lasciando i balconi aperti si può sentire il rumore del mare dall’interno della casa. La casa ha tutti i comfort che consentono di trascorrere una bella vacanza, è come sentirsi a casa. Tutto molto ordinato e pulito. Hanno avuto una particolare attenzione per i nostri bambini, facendoci trovare culla, seggiolone, fasciatoio e anche pannolini. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cesto ricco di ortaggi freschi, squisitissimi. La villa è a meno di cinque minuti di auto dalla spiaggia, a mio parere, più bella del sud della Sardegna, la spiaggia della Tuerredda. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui e se dovessimo ritornare in zona alloggeremo di nuovo qui.

Abbiamo soggiornato dieci giorni presso la Villa di Giampiero e Valentina. La casa è a pochi passi dal mare in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere Carloforte. Le 4 camere da letto sono ampie e confortevoli, come il resto della casa che è stata recentemente ristrutturata con gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il patio dove abbiamo sempre cenato e la zona barbecue con comodissima doccia esterna. Valentina è stata accogliente e molto disponibile.

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in den Herbst Ferien da. Es war wundervoll ruhig entspannend und schön. Die Temperaturen waren immer so zwischen 22 und 25 Grad also noch perfekt zum Baden im Meer und Strandferien. Als wir abreisten wurde dann schlecht Wetter. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Villa liegt dierekt oberhalb eines der Schönsten Strände der Region (haben einige abgecheckt) es ist ein Sandstrand sehr ruhig und wenig Lärm und Leute. Es fehlt an gar nichts zum kochen Inventar etc Alles da was Familie braucht.Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen da es etwa 10–12 Auto Minuten des nächsten Städtchen Sant Antioco entfernt liegt.Aber mit dem Auto ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein schönes Cafe mit gutem Kuchen feinen Croissant und sehr gutem Gelati ist im Städtchen 15 Autominuten und heisst „Profumo di Caffe“ Wir kamen ultraentspannt zurück und Danken Emylie Sergio und Riccardo sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und das Willkommens Geschenk „Grazie per tutti“ gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch an einer ungeteerten Straße etwas außerhalb des Ortes, den man zu Fuß trotzdem noch erreichen kann. Vom Haus aus hat man durch die großen Panoramafenster und von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick über die schöne Landschaft bis zum Meer. Das Haus war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, modern und voll klimatisiert. Stephanie war stets erreichbar, die wenigen Probleme die während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgetreten sind (Ausfall von Strom und Wasserversorgung nach einem Sturm) wurden beeindruckend schnell behoben. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Luigis Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum um zu entspannen und die Natur auf Sardinien zu genießen. Der riesige Garten mit 2 Pavillons, Hängematten und diversen anderen Gartenmöbeln schafft mehr als genug Platz, auch für größere Gruppen. Vor allem Die Outdoorduschen sind ein Traum - wir haben nur die genutzt. Aber das Highlight bleibt die maximal 1 Minute Fußweg entfernte Bucht. Das Wasser ist vergleichbar mit einem Swimmingpool und man ist größtenteils allein (die bucht ist zwar nicht privat aber sehr versteckt und meist nur von tauchern besucht, falls überhaupt). Ansonsten war alles sauber und so wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wurde. Der einzige minimale Kritikpunkt aus meiner Sicht ist, dass man den Stromverbrauch extra bezahlen muss. Das war zwar wirklich nicht teuer (7 Personen/7tage/50€). Nur sollte der meiner Meinung nach im Preis mit inbegriffen sein. Dennoch überwiegen die Positiven Punkte und würden diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlen.

Pełna prywatność. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Piękna plaża Porto Pino i łącząca się z nią Is Arenas Biancas. Półgodziny na Sant’ Antioco. Bardzo pomocny i pozytywnie nastawiony opiekun: Ali i gospodyni Simona.

Wir kennen das Haus ! Seit unserem letzten Besuch hat Novella die Küche umgebaut und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Bad eingerichtet! Auch die verglaste Veranda hat uns vor allem am Abend gut gefallen!! Vanna die Haushälterin hat uns bei unserer Ankunft ausgezeichnet geholfen, danach war sie durch die COVID-Erkrankung ihrer Mutter gezwungen uns auf Distanz zu begleiten! Dank Vanna‘s Hilfe finden auch meine im Haus zurück gelassenen Hörgeräte noch den Zu mir zurück, ich bin ihr sehr dankbar!! Wir werden uns bei der Ferienplanung im Herbst frühzeitig an Novella wenden für eine Reservation! Tanti saluti Marcel

Questa casa ha tutti i pregi: 1/ fascino e bellezza vanno di pari passo con comodità e funzionalità, un restauro amorevole e intelligente dove nessun dettaglio è stato lasciato al caso 2/ posizione, riparata in zona tranquilla con piscina e piacevolissimo giardino, distante 1 minuto a piedi da due fornitissimi supermercati e a 5 minuti sempre a piedi dal porto e dal centro della bellissima Carloforte. 3/ la proprietaria Daniela oltre che calorosa e accogliente sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza e piena di ottimi consigli e informazioni sull’isola.

Espaço muito grande e bom, tudo muito cuidado e agradável. O único defeito é ser um pouco longe dos vários serviços. Mas muito bom para relaxar no meio da natureza

A place to go off the big crowds in the north of Sardinia. Can recommend location, house and host. Nicely furnished. A couple of details that needed fixing and were, partly, taken care for. Price/experience ratio on the higher side.

All’arrivo a Carloforte siamo stati accolti da Marinella, la quale ci ha accompagnati fino alla casa, è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, è dotato di tutto, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo gli spazi esterni, in generale tutti gli ambienti sono molto caldi e accoglienti come una vera casa! Lo spazio esterno offre anche un barbecue e la piscinetta è perfetta per rilassarsi al tramonto dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Per noi è stato tutto perfetto!!

A lovely location with very kind and helpful hosts. Property is as described. You’ll need a car but easy to get to beautiful beaches and hikes just 10-15 minutes away. Good groceries are about 20 minutes away in town but all easily accessible if prepared.

Where do we even start! This place is amazing! The villa is huge! We hired both the ground appartment and also the 1st floor apartment. Even though there was 10 of us, it felt very spacious and we didnt feel crowded. The grounds are vast and the pool is massive. It felt more like a small hotel - lots of rooms and lots of space. Francesco was very helpful and accomodating - even though we do not speak Italian and he did not speak English, we managed to communicate without any problems. We had a perfect week at the villa!!

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Blick auf Pool und Meer, Aussattung passt, Alessandro hat sofort auf Wünsche reagiert und extras ermöglicht. Nur die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse könnten etwas bequemer werden, ansonsten super.

The villa is located in the hills outside Chia, with amazing views of the countryside. It is a spacious property with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with outside spaces on multiple levels to enjoy or get out of the sun. The pool is a great size, with a shallow and deepend. There is a good size patio around the pool with sun loungers, chairs and tables to relax, sunbathe and eat outside. The local village has a number of restaurants and pizzerias but in August they are busy so you have to book in advance, and the best way to do this is to go to there the day before as they don't tend to answer the phone. A 15 minute drive away in Chia are some of the best beaches in Europe with crystal clear water, golden sands, lots of places to eat and water sports activities and hire. The management of the property is very professional, local guides were sent to us prior to our visit and communication was responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay in Marie Jose's place with our two year old son. The location is great for local beaches and sights and the view is stunning from the bedrooms and front garden. Our host was friendly and very helpful recommending his favourite beaches and beautiful spots nearby, especially for our young son!
