Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

The apartment is extremely comfortable, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Raffaella has lovingly restored and furnished her house in the countryside, including a wonderful well-kept garden that you have all to yourself. A dreamy place in the hills, stargazing in the evening and breakfast in the morning under the olive tree, or shade in the kitchen, or sun loungers on the wind-protected terrace, or in the hammock, many dream beaches easily accessible by car. Everything in the house is very well maintained and thought out. Rafaella had worked out great tips as a file but also currently a city festival, which she recommended to us. You live outside, which we enjoyed very much, you have to go to the bathroom and kitchen across the yard, which is not a problem due to the idyllic and private location. Car is necessary as it is about 1 km from the main road, parking within the courtyard walls is perfect. We felt very comfortable, can only highly recommend Raffaella and the accommodation.

We were very lucky to be able to spend our time in Sardinia in this wonderful accommodation! The location is great – quiet and surrounded by stunning nature. The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail. It was all sparkling clean and we felt immediately comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the spacious terrace, where we could watch the starry sky in the evening with a glass of wine. Lucia was incredibly warm and helpful. She gave us great tips and made sure we had everything we needed. It was noticeable that she attaches great importance to ensuring that her guests feel completely comfortable. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful time!

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Paola’s home near Pula. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and the location was lovely and peaceful. It has a fantastic view with a relaxing outside area, comfy beds and spotless clean. Perfect for a chilled week in the sun. Paola is a wonderful host. Lots of timely and useful communication and was always available if we had any questions. She also offered lots of great recommendations for places to visit and eat and made us feel right at home.

Very good stay with Angelo and his family. The place, in the middle of nature, is peaceful while being close to the axes connecting it to the tourist areas. Angelo is very friendly and has good tips.

We had a great time. The apartment is about 500 meters from the center in a quiet area. It has all the comforts you need. You can eat out. There is a small garden with very comfortable armchairs. I highly recommend it and the hostess is very kind.

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. Melissa was great, very helpful. The house was spotless and we loved the decor. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important for my son, who loves cooking. We loved the mix of sea, beaches and rugged hills. The restaurants in the surrounding area and walkable distance are very nice. We have made a lot of memories and enjoyed the summery weather we have been so missing in Britain this year.

Paolo and his wife's place matched our expectations perfectly. It was very clean and Paolo is a very friendly host. Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

Within walking distance are a supermarket, restaurants and a municipal market. modern house, with a/c, dishwasher and washer-dryer. furnished with all amenities, comfortable beds, easy parking. recommended as a base for exploring this part of Sardinia. I'd love to come back!

Really nice place, very peaceful and private. Fab location only a few steps to an amazing beach. Along the beach ten minutes walk are some beachside restaurants, a bit on the pricey side but lovely food and local dishes and you pay for the location with views over the beach and blue sea. Crystal clear water. There’s a little shop nearby 5 minutes in the car or 20 minutes walk which has everything you need. We would definitely recommend. Five stars.

An ideal house to relax and be quiet, while being able to swim right downstairs in a sublime beach. Very beautiful beaches also 10’drive away. And the isola of San Pietro and its town Carloforte are definitely worth it. A real favorite! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Alessandra.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

Maria’s house is around 10 walking minutes to the center of carloforte and has a quite big garden. It is very quiet when we chill in the garden but also not so far away from the town center where all the restaurants and cafe are. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The house itself is very clean, spacious and is well decorated. My husband and I had a quite wonderful time while we are here. Maria and her husband picked us up when we arrived at Carloforte and brought us to her place and they were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her place to couples or family who would like to enjoy a chill time at Carloforte.
