Holiday home rentals in Calabria

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Franco host molto presente e gentile. La posizione della struttura è a due passi dal mare, con un giardino molto spazioso all'esterno ed a dieci minuti a piedi dal supermercato più vicino.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, jeden Tag einen schönen Sonnenuntergang, nur kurzer Weg zu Strand und kristallklarem Meer, wir haben unsere Ferien in Santa Maria sehr genossen! Auch die weitere Umgebung mit Capo Vaticano, Grotticelle Strand und Tropea ist einen Besuch wert. Der Hausteil ist einfach, aber gut eingerichtet, immer warmes Wasser und alles sehr sauber. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Herzlichen Dank auch an Tante Anna, welche uns sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit betreut hat, und zum Schluss sogar zum Bahnhof gefahren hat. Vielen Dank!

Schöner und ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, ist da. Der Strand ist etwas weiter entfernt als erwartet, aber mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

È stato un piacere soggiornare nell'appartamento della Signora Maria, persona splendida e sempre disponibile nel rispondere ai nostri quesiti. l'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di Tropea e la vista dal terrazzo e veramente unica. Consiglio l'appartamento della Signora Maria, ti fa sentire a casa, gentile simpatica e sempre disponibile. Sicuramente ci ritornerò, grazie !

È stato bellissimo soggiornare in una delle case dell'albergo diffuso di Gianfranco e Gabriella. Siamo stati nella casa i Chiani, è curatissima con una attenzione ad ogni dettaglio tipica dell'artigianato e della tradizione Calabrese. Gianfranco e Gabriella sono gentilissimi e ci hanno dato ottimi suggerimenti sui borghi da visitare e attività del luogo. Vivere a Belmonte è stata un esperienza indimenticabile, la casa è incastonata nel Medioevo, affacciarsi nei vicoli e godere degli scorci ci ha dato la possibilità di partecipare alla storia millenaria dei borghi della Calabria. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare da Gianfranco e Gabriella sia per godersi le splendide spiagge della Calabria che per vivere l'esperienza del borgo medievale dell'artigianato della Calabria.

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Cristina was very friendly and helpful host. Her apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It has lovely garden with a lemon tree. You need a car to access beautiful surroundings of Tropea, Pizzo, Capo del Vaticano, Zambrione beach (beautiful private place).

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo piccolo residence, dotato di piccolo bar con rosticceria e servizio di tavola calda a pranzo. Il personale è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile per informazioni. appartamento dotato di climatizzatore. residence praticamente sul mare con servizio sdraio e ombrellone inclusi. è disponibile anche una piscina ma noi considerato il mare splendido non ne abbiamo usufruito. disponibili parcheggi auto interni al residence con telo anti grandine.

Casa bellissima con un poggiolo enorme con vista mare. Estremamente attrezzata di tutto, sia come attrezzi ed elettrodomestici in cucina, sia come detersivi e prodotti di pulizia. Ad un tiro di schioppo dalla bella spiaggia di marina di Zambrone (acqua pulitissima ma subito profonda). Sei a 10 minuti di macchina da Tropea, dove c'è anche un Eurospin per fare la spesa, cosa che consiglio vivamente perché nei market vicini ti spennano. Cmq casa ottima in un posto ottimo 👍

Castelluccio house This is a comfortable, roomy house in a beautiful green setting. It has large windows and a big front patio, full of flowers, overlooking the mountains and the valley below. It’s in a totally quiet rural setting, only 10 minutes drive into town. It’s one of the most peaceful settings we’ve stayed; it was wonderful to sleep so deeply. One issue to be aware of is the heating system (it was still chilly when we were there in early May). It’s good if you are familiar with making fires in a fireplace or wood stove, as this actually heats water pipes that control the radiators in the rest of the house. This is a property that shows the care and love of the owners, and the host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wir sind begeistert von diesem wundervollen Aufenthalt – es war wirklich eine der besten Erfahrungen, die wir jemals über Airbnb gemacht haben! Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern außergewöhnlich freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Man spürt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herzblut und viele Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber & stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war nicht nur funktional, sondern auch durchdacht – bis hin zu den kleinen Extras, die den Unterschied machen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, aufmerksam und angenehm initiativ. Es gab ausreichend persönliche Empfehlungen für jeden Bereich. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Urlaub wünschen können. Excellent location. Beach is absolutely lovely and we didn’t want for anything more. Marco was quick to respond to any questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in het huis. De ligging is perfect vlakbij een heel mooi rustig strand en het uitzicht is prachtig. De kust is ontzettend mooi, verder is het erg rustig in deze omgeving. Het huis was erg fijn, alles was aanwezig en we voelden ons er thuis. Henry is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host, altijd beschikbaar voor een praatje. Zeker een aanrader!

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

Ho trovato questo alloggio ottimo. Casa ristrutturata di recente con finiture moderne, accogliente, molto pulita e tranquilla. Aveva tutto quello che serve, lenzuola pulite, asciugamani, kit per il bagno, cucina attrezzata e macchina del caffè con cialde, abbiamo trovato anche tutto il necessario per fare colazione inclusa. La cucina è super attrezzata e in camera da letto c’è una tv ed anche un condizionatore/ pompa di calore che noi abbiamo usato, l’unica pecca è che essendoci freddo, l’aria calda restava in camera da letto e non andava nelle altre stanze ma per il resto tutto davvero ottimo. Antonio è stato davvero gentile e disponile sia nel check in che nel check out super flessibile, ci ha dato indicazioni e consigli su dove cenare o pranzare in zona. Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa nostra. Lo consiglio

Credo che alla base di ogni viaggio debba esserci un nido confortevole dove rientrare e stare bene come quando si rientra a casa. Ringrazio Ornella per la disponibilità, cordialità,educazione e gentilezza. Ritorneremo.

Diese Wohnung war die perfekte Örtlichkeit für meine Workation. Dank der Klimaanlagen und des guten Internets bot sich dieser Ort sehr gut an zum Arbeiten und Verweilen. Alles war zu meiner Zufriedenheit.

Excellent séjour! Hôtes très prévenants et nombreuses possibilités à proximité en voiture. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et le petit déjeuner très copieux. La connexion internet permet de travailler (à l'intérieur du logement). Le Lungomare Falcomatà se trouve à 10mn en voiture.

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

Fantastic stay in a Great location! It was so easy to get to the location, literally about 10 minutes walk from the train station in Tropea, And there were many restaurants near by to choose from. The apartment was clean, Tidy, and Exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsible and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended this place to anyone travelling to Tropea with family and kids.

Siamo stati ospiti di Fabrizio e in realtà più che ospiti ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa! L’abitazione é davvero curata in ogni minimo dettaglio ed ogni cosa si trova al proprio posto, così come ogni nonna che si rispetti, desiderava. Ci ha fatto trovare legna per riscaldarci e tutto l’occorrente per poter trascorrere 3 giorni spensierati. La veduta dalla cucina, e per di più durante il capodanno, é stato qualcosa di magico ed indescrivibile. Un panorama pazzesco! Grazie a Fabrizio, sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni evenienza.
