The apartment was nice and above all in a great location (right on the beach). Read the house rules beforehand...towels cost extra!! If it rains and is not warm, it also gets quite cold in the room. The air conditioner/ heater works, only takes a long time to get going. Wifi only worked on TV. Otherwise everything is great :)

The place was as described! You can easily get there by train and bus. Fancesco and his wife talked to us a week before we arrived and were also very helpful and quickly accessible. We got towels with €10 extra charge, which is very convenient if you only travel with hand luggage. From the property, there is a path that leads to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen and also otherwise Santa domenica, with its flora and fauna is an enchanting place where you can find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, etc. Everything is easily accessible on foot and if you want to see something different, you can also easily rent a car. I highly recommend to move into this place. Thanks for the reminder!<3

Ideal place for a spring holidays for our 2+3 family. Peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, however close to basic facilities like shop and restaurant. We came by train and rented a car in Troepa, but with some effort, it is doable without one.
