Great place to stay , was very happy with my the condo

We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

Had a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully Japanese-themed—perfect for a relaxing break. Loved the peaceful vibe and comfy setup with lots of things to do (Online Streaming platforms, PS5 Console, and Board Games). Host was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The home was cozy, comfy, and had a very relaxing vibe—it honestly felt like we were out of the country. It was fully equipped with complete appliances and accessories, which made everything so convenient. The location is also a big plus, being just a short walk away from grocery stores and other essentials. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

Pau and Joy’s Place was perfect for our peaceful family vacation. They have everything that we needed - thermal pool, dining table for our big group, and the basketball court. Both of the hosts communicated well with us and are proactive on giving us tips in making our trip worthwhile. Will definitely be back in our next visit!

We really enjoyed Emman’s place. The place was great and very spacious with lots of activities to do with the family and kids. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice bonus including the billiards and air hockey. The environment was peaceful and quiet with lots of greenery around. Emman was super responsive during the entire process from the moment i was inquiring about the accommodation through to checkout. The caretaker was also very helpful during our stay and very polite. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

Barako house was a great property to stay in. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the kitchen is well-equipped with amenities to cook in and dine with loved ones. The pool was lovely and it allowed us to destress. Would recommend to friends!

Phillip and his co-host Riz were extremely responsive and helpful starting when I booked it from overseas. Regardless if I messaged them too late or too early because of the timezone difference. The check in was smooth and a buco pie was waiting for me as their complimentary food, that’s my luck because I was thinking about it on the way to Tagaytay. ☺️ Our stay was peaceful except from the giggles and playful loudness of the kids. But the property itself has everything. You can cook, they provide drinking water, the double-door fridge is properly working, and the spaces are spotless. If there’s anything you have to be reminded of bringing, they will be sure to give you a heads up. What I love here are the family friendly rooms not typically bunk beds. ❤️ Lastly, the check out was more brisk, after I cleaned up which what I usually do in my stay, I rang the bell for the caretaker and that was our check out. I really recommend this listing! 5⭐️

Miguel’s place is a gem! Very peaceful surroundings and the house itself is clean and beautiful. Really a home away from home. We really enjoyed as the place had almost everything we need and Miguel is very responsive to all our queries. Will definitely go back, if you are looking for a peaceful and very relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend Miguel’s place. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. Their staff were also very polite and helpful. They even let us check in an hour earlier since we got there early. Thank you Miguel, till our next stay! God bless!

Five stars all around! Miss Ghe was exceptionally responsive, which made our trip planning stress-free. The moment we stepped inside, we noticed how spotless and fresh-smelling the entire place was – a huge plus! It was such a nice and cozy spot, exactly what we needed for some much-needed bonding. Had a great stay! The place looked just as those in the photos :). The furniture, appliances, and other details about the room were pristine (no worn out sofas or tables, etc). We liked the expanding table (it felt unique out of other bnbs in the area). We had a small issue when we extended the stay, but we were able to talk to them in a timely manner and were able to resolve the concern 😁. Might book again soon! Thank you!

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative and provided all the necessary details for a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. We truly felt at home. What truly set this Airbnb apart was the host's exceptional hospitality. They were always available to answer questions.
