Andrea just redefined what a 5 star host should be for me. The communication was A1 for start to finish. With helpful indication on how to get there from the airport, personalized guide of local point of interest and all messaged were answered quickly. The location was amazing as well.

Beautiful, clean apartment located down the street from the Coliseum. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing neighborhood to stay at and explore Rome. Lot of things to do nearby and great food to explore. The apartment is as described and very convenient for a short stay!

We loved our stay at Davide and Mateo’s apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. A perfect spot to relax after exploring, and the location was ideal—close to great restaurants, a supermarket, and the train station. The check-in process felt a little like something out of a spy movie, unlocking doors with your phone, but once we got used to it, it was actually pretty fun. We mostly walked to soak in the beauty of Rome, but public transportation was easy to access when needed. If we’re ever lucky enough to return to Rome, we’ll definitely check if this place is available!

This place was an amazing stay! It is in an incredible area away from the touristy area and near amazing bars and restaurants. However, close enough to walk to everywhere within 20 and 30 minutes. It was easy to find and is in a location easy enough for an uber to come scoop you up if needed (we used an uber to go to the airport.) It is up 4 flights of stairs so just know you’ll get a small work out in to bring up your luggage. But totally worth it. We had an issue getting the AC turned on but Fillipo answered immediately and even came over shortly after to take a look and was able to change the settings and we had no issue with the air after that. (Amazing!) We loved our stay and if we come back would definitely choose to stay again. Also make sure to go to Da Enzo next door! Best meal on our trip!

Bonito y aseado apartamento. Buena ubicación con estaciones de buses cerca y al metro a unos 10 minutos caminando. Excelente vista y el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía. En las noches muy tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. Acceso a supermercados muy cerca y a restaurantes. El anfitrión muy atento y respondiendo muy rápido a los mensajes. Volvería sin duda.

Wow what a great apartment for Roma!! 20 mins walk to the city, surrounded by great restaurants and the actual apartment was spotless and so comfortable. Our welcome was genuine and friendly too. We will return for sure.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

El apartamento es igual a las fotos, tiene lo necesario y es bastante cómodo. La ducha es algo pequeña. El barrio no es el más bonito de Roma y está algo retirada del centro, sin embargo hay cerca varias paradas de tren y bus. El entorno es muy muy romano, nada turístico.

Mihaela was waiting for us at the apartment and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was probably the cleanest I've ever been to, it was beautiful and we felt that everything had been thought thoroughly. As a host Mihaela was very friendly and provided us great tips to explore Rome. I definitely recommend this apartment and would love to visit Rome and this apartment again. In addition it was a super nice bonus to have Guest Netflix account😊 5/5☺️

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

A brilliant apartment for couples or solo travellers eager to explore Rome, but looking to stay out the hustle and bustle of the centre. Looks exactly light the photos – clean, airy, light and plenty of amenities. Valentina was a great host, providing prompt and clear instructions. Would definitely stay again when I next visit Rome!

El departamento de Giuseppe y Lucrezia superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Es amplio, completo y muy limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más para disfrutar de la estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene vida de barrio, con bares y restaurantes en las cercanías, a la vez, está muy bien comunicado con los puntos turísticos más importantes. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, estuvieron atentos a todo, nos dejaron café, té y dulces para desayunar así como una diversidad de bebidas en la heladera. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
