Magnífica vivienda construida en 2018, con excelentes calidades, muy luminosa y tranquila. La decoración, muy actual, es confortable y atractiva y está perfectamente equipado. Dispone de 3 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños y una gran terraza. Está situado en la segunda piso de una urbanización con piscina comunitaria abierta de abril a noviembre, zonas verdes, wifi y garaje. Está ubicada en una de las mejores zonas de Conil a pocos minutos andando de la playa, servicios y centro urbano

Large terrace equipped with lounge set, BBQ and large table for open air dinners. Elevator from private parking spot in garage.

Cosy 2 bedroom flat with a large terrace and with some of the best panoramic sea and sunset views in Tarifa due to its height and angle. 1 minute walk to Los Lances beach and cafés (e.g. Surla) and 10 minute walk to Tarifa old town. Comes equipped for your holiday and has fast fibre internet. Tarifa is one of the top kitesurfing or windsurfing spots in the world with regular wind. It’s also a sunny holiday destination with a beautiful old town and great food.

Precioso apartamento en una de las mejores zonas de Tarifa , zona muy tranquila y segura , ideal para familias o grupo de dos parejas. Ubicado a 15 minutos de la playa y 10 minutos del casco histórico, además puedes encontrar a menos de 5 minutos un supermercado Lidl. Tiene dos piscinas comunitarias. El apartamento es amplio y muy acogedor equipado con electrodomésticos de alta calidad, ropa de cama y toallas , ademas este alojamiento incluye plaza de garaje.

Residence with swimming pool (summer time) and direct access to the beach. Bars and restaurants closed to the appartment. 10´away from Tarifa downtown. WiFi connection with 300Mb bandwith Late checkin, after 8pm, is possible but with extra cost to be paid in cash.

Relax and get away in this accommodation perfectly equipped to enjoy your vacation. The urbanization has a direct exit to the beach and a saltwater pool sheltered from the wind. Located 10' walk from the historic center, the best beach bars, bus station, supermarkets and other shops, so you would not need to use the vehicle for the beach, restaurants, etc., during your stay. There is easy free parking next to the house.
