We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The check-in was very smooth with clear and easy-to-understand instructions. The apartment was very clean and had all the things you might need during a shorter stay in Bologna. You live centrally with walking distance to most things. I can highly recommend this accommodation to others!

House on two floors just renovated, everything brand new, very clean and in order. In a quiet and peaceful area. Parking space inside the very useful courtyard. Denis is a nice host, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

If we could give Paola’s apartment 10 starts, we would!! The apartment is well located close to all major sites and wonderful shops, bars (we loved Lino’s bar for a great coffee; 2 mins from the apartment to the left) and restaurants. Taking a taxi from/to the train station was our choice which we would highly recommend (it was quick and good value; 7-8 euros each way). The apartment is well stocked, clean, quiet at night and comfortable. We slept very well. It is perfect for a couple; it might be tight for 3 people though. Paola and her son Luca are wonderful hosts!! If we ever return to Parma (amazing town!!!), we would be happy to stay at Paula’s again.

Comfortable accommodation for visiting Reggio Emilia. Elisabetta is a very kind and helpful host, she welcomed us by giving us a lot of information about the accommodation and how to get around. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. However, there are fans.

The experience of staying in Reggio Emilia was very positive, thanks also to Anna and her small cozy penthouse. The situation is as described in the photos, the house is quiet and clean, the view is interesting, the location is strategic. The parking space near the entrance is really convenient and the check-in went very well. The terrace around the house provides a shaded area at different times of the day. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to spend a weekend full of art, culture and good food, or to those who need to stop in the city for a few days for work or other reasons.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Our stay in the Carla apartment was lovely and peaceful. The surroundings are truly beautiful. Simona was so kind and helpful recommending some short hikes for us in the area. Highly recommend.

Martina is a very conscientious and helpful host. From the very beginning, she made sure to provide us with all the useful information and met us halfway regarding some of the needs they had. The apartment is in a strategic, residential area, but close to the center. For any needs or maintenance, you can refer to a "trusted person" who lives nearby. We rented the apartment for the editorial staff of our newspaper during the Festival of Work Culture because they needed a space to work together and easily reach the festival venues. i would say a positive experience.

Da Ettore is a host who actively answers your questions and tries to make the stay comfortable. Not even talking about the view, absolutely stunning

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

We felt very comfortable at Casa Ton and Lorenzo is a very friendly, easily accessible and helpful host! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need, but you have to know that it is quite dark due to narrow outbuildings. The house is also quite outdated. The location is very central, but the narrow street is unfortunately dingy and not so welcoming. Nevertheless, we were satisfied and the apartment had a good price-performance ratio : )

Apartment in a great, safe and quiet location. Very clear and precise directions to reach it that allowed us to enjoy privacy and tranquility. Spaces furnished with care, super comfortable room, very comfortable bed and very well-equipped kitchen. Excellent lighting with many options. Accommodation that makes you feel at home. I'll definitely be back!

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

Amazing stay amazing place

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

Nice place to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Bologna. The apartment allows you to rest very well.

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

Absolutely beautiful apartment! You get an amazing view of both the town and of the ocean. The apartment is easy to find after watching the video. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really enjoyed our morning cup of coffee overlooking the city and the ocean!

Beautiful apartment, a short distance from Parma, in a very quiet countryside area with private parking. The accommodation offers all the comforts and necessities for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly and available. Definitely recommended!
