Casa Princesa is the perfect place to spend the holidays between beach and city. It is located on the south riverfront of Tejo, in a pedestrian area at the typical Cacilhas neighbourhood. It is 15 minutes away from the historic center of Lisbon and 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica. The apartment is a completely renovated loft, very bright and with cosy decoration. It has one bedroom, a private bathroom, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A romantic place for couples. For those who prefer to stay away from the kitchen, the surrounding area is composed of several typical seafood restaurants. The connection to the center of Lisbon is by boat, which is 100 meters from the house. This crossing is done in 10 minutes and is a tour where you can enjoy the magnificent landscape of the Tejo estuary.

Cores de Cacilhas 2.0, a step away from Lisboa!

Great accomodation for anyone who wants to visit Lisbon! The apartment, renovated in 2020, is located in Cacilhas, a lively town on the other side of the river Tagus, known best for its seafood restaurants. Lisbon can be reached by boat (10 minutes, from 1.50 €), running from early morning until 1:20 at night. The boat reaches Cais do Sodré, Lisbon's most famous nightlife spot (the pink street). Cais do Sodré is also a metro station (green line) from where you can start your tours in the city.

This house is located within a walking distance (15min) from the ferry to Lisbon and about 9 min driving to the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica. Almost at door step, you have Cais do Ginjal, where you can lay your picninc towel over looking Tejo River and enjoy what it’s probably the best sunset that you will ever see. You also have the restaurants located by the river: Ponto Final and Atira-te ao Rio!, both of them offer typical Portuguese food with loads of wine and beer. Enjoy!

The River Studio is a stylish and spacious studio (>70sqm) featuring high ceilings, huge wall to wall windows and sweeping river views. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 - not recommended for 4 adults. Private entrance through a shared front gate. Fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room with laundry facilities, and a separate storage area perfect for surfboards or bikes. We are a 15m walk to the ferry or a 2m tram ride. We are also 5 minutes walk from a convenient tram/bus stop.

Casa René is located in a beautiful historic building from 1892 and has been restored to its former glory. Besides this Studio with kitchen and private terrace, it has 5 other flats. A 5-minute walk away, you can take the ferry across the Tagus River to get to the centre of Lisbon in 10 minutes. Casa René is close to a pedestrian street with numerous local restaurants and bars, but because of its good insulation and garden location, it is still very quiet, both inside and outside.

Charming duplex on Lisbon's River Tejo

The apartment was very beautiful, modern and perfectly clean. We had a great time. The host was adorable, very responsive and always available to offer solutions if needed. She even provided us with a very convenient guide to discover the region. The only downside is that it was a little hot in the apartment, but other than that, everything was really great. I would definitely stay. Thanks again!🫶🥰 The apartment was beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. We had a great stay. The host was lovely, very responsive, and always ready to offer solutions if needed. She even provided us with a helpful guide to explore the area. The only small downside was that it was a bit warm inside the apartment, but overall, everything was great. I would definitely come back with pleasure. Thanks again!🥰🫶

Room 1 - Cacilhas House

Very well located as a starting point for trips to Lisbon or the surrounding area. Buses and trains can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Also shops are in the immediate vicinity and in Rua Cândida dos Reis, which leads to the ferry port, there are some very nice restaurants/cafes. The place is very clean and very tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need and don't necessarily want to take with you when traveling (iron/small ironing board, for example😅). John Nicolas is a very nice and helpful host who responds quickly to any questions that come up. The most beautiful addition for me in Almada - be sure to go to the River Garden at sunset and enjoy the great views of Lisbon, Ponte 25 de Abril and Cristo Rei.

I miss the flat already! It felt very much like home for the holiday. The view is lovely, a d the flat is at least as nice irl as on the pictures, maybe nicer. Getting the boat over the river is lots of fun and very easy. It's a local area, which we liked, but there's a street with restaurants and bars just by it which had plenty for a week, they were cheaper thsn on the other side of the river. We cooked and its a well equipped kitchen. The submarine near the boat was very interesting to visit. Graca was very helpful and communication was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again if I am in Lisbon. The only thing to note is that the flat is quite echo-y, so any noise will affect all the rooms. Wasn't a problem for us, but may be worth packing earplugs if you have a noisy pal!

stay at Marcelo & Cesar’s was awesome! his parents were so welcoming and always there to help despite our communication barrier as they speak Portuguese while I don’t. location was great! it has few bus stops within 10 mins walk which can bring you to the city and there is a big supermarket nearby for snacks & drinks. if you’re up for a walk, Cachilhas ferry terminal is within 20 mins walk and mega mall - Almada Forum is within 30 mins. overall, highly recommended to stay here and experience the local lifestyle.

Almadita tiny room

The accommodation offered by Cláudia is very nice. The room is small but sufficient and the single bed is very comfortable. We have access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room where there is everything you need. The apartment is quite dark but preserves the heat and you don't hear the noise of the street, it's very quiet. Communication with Cláudia is excellent and her friend Monica took care of my welcome very warmly. A small supermarket is just downstairs from the building and access to Lisbon is really easy with the tram 150 m away and then the Calcilhas ferry that passes very often. I had a rental car that I left parked for 3 days in a small street in the green zone, paying €3.60 for the day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the parking meter, it's the most advantageous parking possible! A good plan found without trying🤷‍♀️. I recommend this accommodation for a single person who stays a few days, it's perfect

Lust is a good host. It is a very quiet and clean apartment. I met some very nice guests here. The location is nice and quiet (except for the traffic), more relaxed than in Lisbon. Lisbon is very easy to reach by ferry, 24h ticket for ferry+tram+bus+metro costs €10. Almada itself is worth seeing, Elevador da Boca do Vento is free. You can get an even better view of Lisbon from Santuário de Cristo Rei (Sanctuary of Christ the King). There's a beach.
