I stayed in this apartment because of a news coverage and chose it precisely because of the location — and I got it right. The place is very close to the Beira-Rio Stadium, which made my routine much easier during the days of coverage. In addition to practicality, the region has absolutely everything nearby: markets, pharmacies, restaurants and good transportation options. It is the type of accommodation that works both for those who come to Porto Alegre for a game and for those who want to enjoy the city in comfort and safety. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: clean, well-equipped and super functional. The building is also very beautiful, well maintained and conveys a sense of security. You can see that everything was thought out with attention to detail, from the decoration to the items available to the guest. The apartment is super comfortable, they think of everything, we arrived and next to the bed there was a bottle of water, basic items, they think of every detail. And if you need something, there is a “grocery store” available, super practical if you arrive late and nothing is open! I felt at home, a very clean and organized environment. Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.
