Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

Amazing place to stay - beautiful house and garden, very clean with lots of things to do. Very clean and well maintained - few minutes walk to a lovely little town with nice restaurabts and close to the sea. Communication with the hosts was super easy, definitely recommend!

A beautiful house with just such a location and a tremendous view! We were received very kindly and with exquisite luggage, in-house olive oil and wine. We also enjoyed the long pool. Valérie always responded immediately to our concerns.

This property was perfect and extremely comfortable! The views were peaceful and bucolic, a true French country experience. This property is with a short driving distance to areas such as Cannes, Mandelieu, Grace, St. Paul de Venice, etc. Julien could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Grasse is a city with chaotic roads, but the house, once you reach it, is in a very quiet location. Very spacious apartment, well furnished, clean, bright, comfortable and with ample outdoor space. Then it is not easy to find three bathrooms and two toilets at your disposal. How to be at home. Beyond our expectations. It's really worth it.

Great house with beautiful views. The bedrooms and bathrooms were rather small. Otherwise, everything met our expectations. Unfortunately, the pool cannot be heated. But this is already stated in the listing.

Very nice home and hosts. Very generous with coffee pods and left wine and olives as a welcome gift. WiFi is a little spotty and mostly only worked in main kitchen area. Would be difficult to work there if needed reliable wifi. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the outdoor area, pool and bbq are great. Beautiful and spacious home that’s very well equipped for cooking etc. Great for a family or group. Merci.

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

“A fantastic week in a wonderful house” We (10 adults, 1 toddler) spent a week in September in Grasse – in this very nice house. The house had everything we needed: Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, generous social areas both outdoors and indoors, and a really nice kitchen. Add to that a lush and beautiful garden and an inviting pool. The location of the house was very quiet, with a short car ride to bakeries, grocery stores, and Grasse. We also took trips to Monaco, Cannes and Nice as well as to the small villages close to the house. Everything was within easy reach. The hosts were always helpful if we had any questions and responded immediately if we reached out. Our stay went very smoothly, and we can highly recommend the house and the hosts!”

The four of us had a great week at Louis' accommodation. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Joss and immediately felt at home. The house looks just the same as the photos! Everything is very clean, even the "pool boy" came by once. The amenities of the accommodation are great, nothing is missing. Communication with Louis is very pleasant. Louis is happy to take special requests and help with any questions. I really appreciated the extremely short reaction time of sometimes only a few minutes! You feel super taken care of and can just enjoy the holidays :-). I wouldn't want to change anything, it was a fantastic vacation. I can only recommend it! THANKS!

Truly beautiful place and people.

We had a great time at Bergerie St Andrieux. Each week for 4 weeks one of our children came to stay (along with their families). Each of them said how much they enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect for 2 families as the sleeping areas are completely separate (even 2 sets of stairs) so we weren't disturbed by children! The outside eating area was ideal - we ate all our meals there, including barbecue's and a couple of great wood-fired pizza evenings. The pool was excellent - it was separate from the house and secure so we didn't need to worry about the children and was large enough and deep enough to have a proper swim. The views from the house are stunning. It is difficult to take walks directly from the house but mostly a short drive will take you to the start of a good walk. And, Fatima was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the minor issues we encountered.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, quiet and private. The location is great, ideal for relaxing and yet central. Communication with the host was excellent. The pool was a dream and very clean. Absolute recommendation!

We had a very pleasant stay in Caroline's vacation home in Le Plan de La Tour! The location is beautiful, private and quiet - perfect for switching off and enjoying the surroundings - a little "remote" from Saint Tropez and other well-known spots in the region, which might be a disadvantage for some, but for us it has rather intensified the peace and relaxation. The outdoor area with pool is really great and offers absolute privacy, so we could enjoy the sun to the fullest. Carolin was a friendly hostess who provided us with valuable tips. There is also a property manager and a gardener who can (re)act immediately if necessary. Overall, a great vacation home for those who want to relax and are happy to accept a little more travel time to the well-known hotspots, etc.

Stephanie was a wonderful host. The house was perfect in beautiful surroundings. Very modern and it had absolutely everything we needed for us and our 8 month old baby including a high chair and multiple baby baths to choose from.
