This was a great stay!! Had everything we needed, very clean house and peaceful area. Pool was amazing and it was a great stay. Mikhail was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed, very friendly host! Would recommend having a car as there is not a lot around within a 15 minute walk.

Nice House with many Stores nearby, but would still recommend to rent a car or your stuck in the little town

Hemos pasado unos días de reencuentro en familia maravillosos ! La casa tiene una ubicación accesible a todo.. tanto en coche como andando !. Es súper cómoda ! Fresca .. con aire acondicionado y ventiladores ! Televisión … equipadisima !. Super limpia ..La piscina con un tamaño perfecto ! La atención de Emilio genial , atento y siempre pendiente .! Sin duda repetiremos .. Muchas gracias Emilio !

Het ontvangst was super gemoedelijk. Duidelijke uitleg over de omgeving. Zelfs aankomst en vertrek tijd waren bespreekbaar. De locatie lag centraal met alles in de nabije buurt aanwezig. Van supermarkt, zwembad, zee, winkels en restaurants. Er stond zelfs een fles wijn klaar bij aankomst. Zeker een aanrader.

Check in was very easy. Iwona’s husband met is at the house and gave us a tour. He explained everything and said if we needed anything to call. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. After a day of travelling the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The location was perfect we had a short walk to many restaurants and La Zenia Boulevard were around a 10 to 15 minutes walk. We would definitely return in the future.

Caroline’s place gave us more than we expected, everything about our holiday was fantastic, the house was perfect in every way possible, the two pools, the streams running through the gardens where so relaxing and very well presented. The views from the solarium were fantastic, also everything you could need to relax in the sun are provided to a very high standard. You are a 2 minute walk to a small bar,5 minutes walk to the large supermarket that provided everything that we needed.10 minutes walk to a lot of bars & different restaurants in La Fuente. We stayed for ten days at Caroline’s and that was the only down side of our holiday, we could have stayed way longer. We cannot recommend Caroline’s place highly enough & we will certainly be booking again without hesitation. 10 out of 10

Warm, schönes Wetter, Privatsphäre, privater Pool, in der Nähe vom Meer, drei Wochen am selben Ort und mit dem Motorrad erreichbar. Für uns waren die drei Wochen die perfekte Erholung, mit der Zweisamkeit, Wohnung, der private Pool und der Nähe zum Strand. Für das nötigste gibt es sogar eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Laufnähe (10 Minuten). Mit José hatte wir zu Anfang per Airbnb-App Kontakt und haben José kurz vor Ende unserer drei Wochen noch persönlich kennen gelernt, ein sehr sympathischer Mensch. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Eine kleine Anmerkung, wenn du da selbst kochen möchtest, wäre es von Vorteil selbst gute Messer und Besteck mit zu nehmen. Was wir aus unserer Airbnb-Erfahrung gemacht haben. Ansonsten können wir José mit seinem Angebot (Preis/Leistung) wärmstens empfehlen. Alles Tipptopp, wir kommen sicher wieder einmal.

Lovely stay here with our dogs. Nice enclosed garden and only a 5 min drive to La mata beach and some nice walks for the dogs. Close enough to central Torrevieja for all the restaurants etc but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

Nuestro anfitrión fue detallista, en el sentido de decirnos cuales eran los mejores lugares para visitar, muy limpio y ordenado, detalle!! que veníamos con niños y habían helados en el refrigerador, excelente ubicación, especial para niños, mucha tranquilidad, un lugar muy agradable la verdad, nada negativo que decir, a 15 min caminando de la playa... 15 min del lidl, mercadona McDonald's, 18 centro comercial zenia.. Un gusto pasar mis días en este lugar, todo perfecto. gracias ppr todo, volveremos..

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Дуже гарна вілла, простора, світла, сучасна, наповнена. З любʼязністю відповіли на запит заїзду раніше. Тепла зустріч і спілкування. Чудове місцерозташування і доступ до зручностей (пляж, магазини, аптеки). Загальні враження чудові. Щиро дякую!

Vi havde en skøn ferie. Boligen var ren og poolen var fantastisk. Vi synes dog der manglede en baby stol som vi selv måtte invistere i. Der er gåafstand til det hele. Stranden var fantastisk. Vi glemte 2 jakker som vi håber vil blive sendt til Danmark . Vi har endnu ikke hørt fra ejeren men håber han vender tilbage . Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage Mange hilsner fra lise

Martins villa is beautiful, everything you need and more, even better than the photos. Pool is just perfect,close to restaurants and bars. Martin was very helpful and great communication. Will definitely return 😃

Kaunis talo hyvin rauhallisella alueella. Uima-allas oli puhdas ja sitä käytiin siivomassa viikon aikana. Uima-altaalla oli ulkosuihku ja se oli mukavaa. Erinomaiselle Cala Capitan -rannalle oli noin 1 km kävelymatka. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Keittiössä oli kakki tarvittava, mutta paistinpannut olivat hyvin kuluneita. Alakerran suurimman makuuhuoneen ilmalämpöpumppu ei toiminut, mutta kun sen korjaaminen ei onnistunut saimme alennusta vuokrahinnasta. Talo oli ilmeisesti ollut tyhjillään ennen meitä, joten siellä oli kostea haju saapuessamme. Se hävisi nopeasti kun käynnistimme ilmastoinnin. Talo oli hyvin siisti lukuunottamatta astianpesukonetta ja pyykinpesukonetta. Saimme nämä helposti puhdistettua. Kokonaisuutena suosittelemme lämpimästi taloa!

Una estancia agradable, lugar de descanso en primera línea de playa. Cerca de supermercados. Estuvieron atentos a que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible.

Casa preciosa muy cerca del mar y muy tranquila en el mes de Mayo, me ha dado pena que se acabara tan rápido. Lo hemos pasado fantástico. Gracias.

Everything was excellent with our stay. David was very helpful with any queries we had. The villa is incredible. Exactly as it looks in the photos and really well equipped. Lots to do nearby but also far enough away from any noise from pubs / clubs which is ideal for anyone looking for a chilled holiday. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

La recepción fue muy buena, Elvira estaba esperándonos en la zona de aparcamiento para llevarnos hasta el alojamiento. La casa tiene una cocina muy bien equipada y Elvira había preparado un bizcocho riquísimo y cápsulas de café y otras cosas para el desayuno. También nos dejó una botella de vino y bebidas en la nevera. Todo un detalle!Las camas impecables y muy cómodas. Es una zona tranquila y silenciosa. Elvira fue muy amable y siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia!

Lovely property in a great location. It's a great house, although the bedrooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of updating and some TLC. Kitchen and living area were great. It has a huge dining table on the rear verandah, which is accessed from the kitchen. Swimming pool was a family favourite (although it did seem to need topping up daily). Garden completely enclosed and very private. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, which means parking can sometimes be an issue on the street outside, but this was not a major issue for us. Overall a great villa and very helpful hosts.

Beautiful property in the best golf resort! We were very pleased with the complete equipment and the heated pool. Perfect service from Tiene. Thank you very much and I hope to come back soon.

Maison conforme à la description, tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. A distance de marche de la Zenia (15min), Zenia plage (15min) et Cabo Roig (15min). Plusieurs commerces et restaurants proches. Facilité de parking. Deux petits points négatifs mais qui n'empêchent en rien de profiter du logement : - le boiler (cumulus) est petit, il faut en tenir compte, prendre sa douche avant de faire une vaisselle; - les murs sont très fins et si par malheur, ce qui a été notre cas, les voisins sont bruyants et irrespectueux, vous ne dormez pas bien. Les échanges avec Emma, l'intendante, sont fluides, agréables et réactifs.

Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i huset til Liza. Huset var skinnende rent ved ankomst, og perfekt for storfamilien på tur. Kommunikasjonen med Liza var rask og veldig hyggelig, og vi fikk mange gode tips og god oppfølging. Området rundt huset var fredelig og føltes trygt, samtidig som det var gangavstand til strand og noen spisesteder. Anbefales!

Lovely well maintained house just a few minutes walk from the seafront and from the bars and pubs. Quiet road. The house has all the amenities you need with a lovely front garden and garden furniture and a solarium. Near to supermarkets and lovely seafront walks. Adrian x 2 were very responsive. Highly recommended.

I stayed here with my parents for 10 days. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area around a 15-minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants, and a 30-minute walk from the Playa de Aguamarina which was our favourite beach. Very cosy, clean, well-equipped and nicely furnished and presented - with great outdoor space for sitting out and eating, including the front and side garden areas and a nice roof terrace. There is also access to a very chilled communal swimming pool and gardens which is just around the corner from the apartment. Communication with Martin was good before and during our stay and we had an enjoyable time. All in all, a lovely little apartment with everything you need for a very chilled stay. Lidl is a 15-minute walk away, and the bars/restaurants and beaches are within easy reach too if you don't mind a bit of a walk.
