We spent 11 days there, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home, what was missing Cristina promptly attended to, the building is simple but very quiet and you feel at home, the apartment is spacious, just a few points to improve more that we have already passed on to her, and she promptly made herself available to attend. I recommend it for sure, the location is excellent, it is a few meters from the 3 streets park, for those who like to go hiking it is excellent and super quiet.. we love the bankers neighborhood.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 days, there were 4 of us who went to an Engineering congress in the region, the accommodation comfortably accommodated the 4 people, having two nice rooms, with air conditioning working very well, a balcony that facilitated ventilation in the apartment and consequently the drying of clothes. In general, I rate the space as very positive, great value for money, well located a few meters from the beach, a few meters from downtown Tambaú, I would definitely come back again! The host was flexible about check-in, and responded quickly to messages!

About Luxor: Great location, close to restaurants, local shops, and of course, close to the beach. The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. I recommend the same, and yes, I will come back more often!

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So, have a good stay, as I did.

We spent a little over a month in the apartment and it was an excellent experience. We were 5 people and we were very comfortable. The apartment is as shown in the pictures: clean, well located, with equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the rooms. The location is ideal, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. During our stay, whites were changed once a week, we had access to the parking lot without a problem and the front desk staff was always friendly. Check-in and check-out were flexible, which is very much appreciated. Deborah was an excellent host, always attentive and attentive to make sure everything was fine. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has a good structure and the Wi-Fi was stable the whole time. The location is great: close to the beach, shops, restaurants and in a safe and quiet area. Details such as fragrant towels, soaps and welcome treats made all the difference and showed the hostess' care for the guests. It was a very pleasant and welcoming experience. I highly recommend the accommodation and, if I return to João Pessoa, I will undoubtedly stay with Célia again. Thank you for everything, Célia!!!
