Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. This was an amazing location, beach a block away, and far enough from the main road not to be too noisy, great location for those who have not been to Joao Pessoa yet. The rooftop with swimming pool is lovely, but not enough time to use it, the beach is the main attraction here. Will definetely return!

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.
