Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cabbagetown, Atlanta

This house is located in my favorite neighborhood in Atlanta, CABBAGETOWN!!! a five minute walk away from the beltline and a two minute walk away from the eastern. This is perfect for many needs of traveling. Guests would definitely recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

Overall, a really good experience. My family loved this house and left wishing it was ours. The place was easy to find and the communication from the owner was excellent. Flexible check-in/check-out without any issues. The house is simply gorgeous, with 3 bedroom and plenty of space and beds to accommodate even up to 10 people (with some creativity). There are games and other entertainment available. There is central A/C which keeps the house very cool. There is a patio out back with BBQ equipment and a huge backyard. The balcony in the upstairs bedroom is amazing, as is the master bedroom and the huge bathroom. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has multiple coffee machines and everything else you would ever need. Parking is not an issue and there are restaurants and supermarkets minutes away via car. If you can afford the price tag, you will simply love this house.

Dom’s house was really nice. She was always responsive to answer questions and gave a guide for local resources! Would definitely reserve her house again if needed!

Had a great time staying at Laurie’s home. My family came down to Atlanta to visit my college roommate and this was a perfect place for us to stay. It was close to my roommate and was comfortable and safe. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. I especially loved the screened in porch, which was a great place to sit in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location right around Freedom Park, super close to one of my favorite spots in town Manuel’s! I frequent Atlanta often, and this Airbnb is PERFECT for a quick girls weekend or two couples! Super eclectic, the entire space in tastefully decorated and my friend and I loved the private courtyard in the back. Amenities were lovely with lots of coffee, sugars and cream on hand, a few spices, and even a Britta in the fridge and ice molds (full!) in the freezer. And the beds were very comfortable too, another added plus! I’m normally a fan of staying primarily in Cabbagetown when I visit, but I am very excited to come stay in this neighborhood and in this Airbnb again in the future.

We were in Atlanta for a family wedding. Originally we planned to stay for 5 days and needed to add an another night and Heidi was accommodating. The house had more than the standard amenities we have found in most homes, especially the kitchen which was welcomed. It is apparent that someone lives here part of the time due to clothes in closets. We picked the home due to proximity to both Inman Park and Kirkwood. Being close the beltline to run and walk was very important as well. Heidi even messaged ahead of the visit to inquire what beverages we might like complimentary. That was a nice touch. Only kinks were the main TV that was not able to be turned off and on by the remote but rather had to find a button on back and maneuver to turn on and off. Since the home is diagonal from an AT&T maintenance yard, there was some loud banging of equipment at 3:30 - 4:00AM. I suspect it doesn’t happen often but something to be aware of if you sleep lightly. We would return again.

This lovely cottage is in the perfect location, close to Grant Park and the Zoo, and is an easy drive to amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants. The house has a great backyard, is in a peaceful neighborhood and backs onto an urban garden/park which was a perfect place to walk my pup. The house itself is very comfortable with a great kitchen and living area. The description of the property was perfect, the instructions to find and enter the house were spot on and the hosts were great communicators, and responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend this spot, and hope to be back when I next visit Atlanta, if it is available!

Our stay was very nice. The location was close to downtown and each and everytime we called a uber they were no more then 10 minutes away. Our host was very responsive. We will stay again!

Another great stay in one of Anna’s places. We were in town for the Atlanta City Games and we wanted some place close to Piedmont Park and Middletown HS. This place was perfect. A five minute walk to both locations and a little further (5 min) for food. Easy access to the Belt Line. Scooters and bikes were easily accessible at the park The unit is located in a house on the ground floor, but you don’t feel like you are in a basement. Great natural light and a private outdoor space. Has everything you need and the apartment is spacious and pristine.

We would absolutely stay here again! Fantastic location, beautiful space, and excellent kitchen!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

Everything was great, from the time I checked in to the time I checked out just perfect. Also the pictures does this place no justice, it’s even better in person for real highly recommend.

We stayed at Cindy’s place for a mini-vacation. It was a perfect location for what we wanted to do: Georgia Aquarium and Braves game at Truist stadium. It was a perfect size for our family of 5 during our short stay. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely, and we were able to walk to get dinner and ice cream. Cindy also provided us with guest passes to the aquarium which was amazing! We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Atlanta.

This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Olivia's place was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed. You want to be able to rest easily and well, in a place you feel safe in, and this place checks all those boxes. Everything was such lovely quality! For location, I was able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants, along with walking to my event easily and safely. Olivia's proactive and detailed instructions were incredibly helpful for being able to find and access the apartment, and she's 100% correct you should review them ahead of arriving. This has now become my go to for events in this area. Thank you for everything Olivia!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!
