This place was perfect ! If you want to stay local and walk to local restaurants this is the perfect spot ! The place was super clean and peaceful, just what I was looking for.

The place was clean and the view is incredible! It is right next to the Sea. The location is on a busy road, so bring earplugs if the noise bothers you. It is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Emelly was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful neighborhood, the studio looked even better in person and made me feel instantly at home. The room was clean and location was walkable and safe. Would recommend.

Nice spot to stay at and very centric. Posito was great and really helpful, he even offered to pick me up from the airport. I definitely will be back again

Once again my wife and I would like to thank Melissa (and BIG THANKS to Sabrina, you're the BEST!!) for the use of her condo. The condo was everything we had wished for and more. Orilla del Mar is a great place to visit the property is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. ODM's staff are constantly working at keeping the property in pristine shape and are always there to help with any request (big THANKS to Raul). Next, I must say that the other people that are owners or renters at ODM, are some of the best people that I have ever met. Always a good morning or good day and always very open to any questions that we may have had, as to ODM or the surrounding Cabarete area. The local Dominican's are again very friendly and helpful a real bonus to making for a very successful vacation. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Great stay for those looking to enjoy Encuentro's surfing. Great base for a surfing trip and to explore the surrounding towns! Host super responsive and helpful, thank you Ralph!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The place is exactly as pictured, so clean, beautiful, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and walkable to shops and restaurants and a gorgeous beach just a two minute walk away. The pool is huge and the whole property is just stunning. We are already planning to come back! Truly a luxurious stay.

This place is amazing with all the items you may need. I appreciate the fact there were plenty of towels and toilet paper lol. I said this because most places only supply 1 roll of paper. The only thing we had to purchase was food and there were more than enough dishes and pots and pans to cook whatever we wanted

Marie’s place is modern, secure, clean, comfortable, spacious and walkable to everything you will need. All amenities work well and everything is as advertised. Beds are comfortable and I enjoyed relaxing on the nice balcony. Complex has a nice pool and a easy checkin and out process and Marie’s communication and attention to details is superb and I highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area.

The accommodation was completely as described. All the things that came up, she resolved very quickly, which I liked very much is the question of when the cleaners could come by, which I experience as very pleasant. That's very nice when you're somewhere for the first time. The apartment was completely fine for our family, with air conditioning and two bathrooms. The balcony was lovely to sit with sea views. The provided outside the apartment within the complex are also good (beach beds on the terrace, water for rinsing off kit material) , lawn where you can cool off.

Beautiful two story apartment with 2 balconies and amazing ocean views. Everything as described. Also had the huge infinity pool to ourselves. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

I love staying at Natalie’s place so much, that she is my go to whenever I visit the Dominican Republic. if you want to relax with some peace and quiet after a day at the beach, this is it. Check out her other listings as well.

My daughters and I had a great stay. The place was easy to get and had friendly staff on site. The place looked like it was recently renovated and had new furniture and amenities. It was surprisingly quiet for spring break but we loved that. There is a mix of long term and short term rentals so friendly people all around. The beds and sofa were comfy and it was really spacious. It's a minute walk to the local bakery/coffee shop which had AMAZING food, baked goods and lasagna. The beach was another few minutes walk along a dirt road with cafes and beachside restaurants with great food. The beach was peaceful and quiet, just perfect! There's also a couple smaller stores with food and things within a couple minutes walk. The food truck stop with several restaurants is open at night and a great place for food and drinks. Overall we had a fantastic stay! My only reservation was the noise level from traffic was high for us as we are light sleepers but we would definitely return.

Such a wonderful stay at Mona and Robinsons place. Just as pictured. Restaurant on sites food was good and convenient. My son and nephew had a blast with all the toys, games, and books Mona graciously leaves out for children. This is the perfect place for any family with young children and wanting a child proof location and of course anyone wanting to kite surf. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We definitely cooked up a storm with the local seafood we found in town. Mona was always super responsive and answered any queries or questions. Can’t beat the amazing view. Don’t hesitate to book your next cabarete stay here.

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Booked last minute, but the host’s response was incredible fast and helpful. The apartment was super clean, easy to access, and had a beautiful view. I will definitely stay there again and 100% recommend it!

First off, Luis and his wife are awesome hosts. They picked me up from the apartment I was leaving, and they took me to my new apartment when I left theirs. The apartment itself is like home. The beaches that this complex backs up to are beautiful. I highly recommend this apartment. I would recommend having a rental car, as this is a private and secluded, but beautiful area. If you are reading this Luis, thank you.
